I didn't catch the name of the two ladies who work here (will remedy that next time I go to the exchange), although I remember their faces. Both were extremely helpful. I'm just starting my fitness journey and know jack squat about things like pre-workout powders, but they were able to steer me in the right direction. I greatly appreciate all the help and information they gave me!

I come by this store often, and every time the staff (Danyelle & Jade) are on point, attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly, and not in an awkward way. Always advise me of any current and upcoming deals and help me save a few bucks. Store is always pristine and items are front and faced.

Jade is just amazing at her job and I always look forward to her knowledge and helpfulness when it comes to the products I need at this location. HOWEVER, there’s a gentleman in the back who doesn’t seem to know what he’s really doing and seems extremely lazy. He’s never helpful when Jade is either busy or not there. Jade needs a raise and the fella in the back needs to be canned. Do better!

I asked the gentleman in the back for support as the other employee was busy, he seemed very irritated he had to get up and was not helpful at all. I ended up going to the BX and getting what I needed, probably will never go back to GNC because of this experience.

Easily the best gnc in Alaska, wouldn't even bother with the other locations up here. All the employees go the extra mile for customers and the store is always I'm top tier shape. ?
