Close at 6pm (seams early?) I get there at 5:53 & they turn me away. So I guess they actually close even earlier than 6pm? Representative was unprofessional.

Requested style: I requested a medium fade and the stylist cutting my hair (I don’t remember her name but she was on the right side all the way at the end) but she gave me a high and tight and gave me a racing strip for a hard part idk if she was new but if she was someone should of been supervising her

The only good thing about this place was the wait time was short...
I wanted my hair short on the side and a little taken off the top.
Like a fade... Simple, right?
No, this guy was nice, and all but he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I left unhappy.
The top was all choppy and the sides uneven. Last time, I'll be going to any great clips.
This is the 2nd location that effed my hair up!!!
I told him that it wasn't how it was supposed to be after he thought he was done. He tried to fix it, but he was just making it worse.

Stopped by today and asked for a trim and my layers to be cleaned up. More than an inch was taken off and the layers are choppy. Not to mention it was the roughest haircut I’ve ever had. I don’t have a sensitive head but the way she was yanking and digging the comb into my head.. I left sore and completely let down. So disappointed but, you get what you pay for.

Please get people who know how to cut hair and listen, Older Mexican women messed my hair up pretty bad still had to pay 22 dollars. Please don’t waste peoples time or money. Are refunds a thing now I gotta use more time and money to get this fixed. I thought fades were a mandatory training for Greatclips.

First time I’ve ever had to get my hair cut not by my Mother! Very relieving coming here. My stylist, Maria, was very kind and helpful finding out what I wanted while cutting my hair. She was also incredibly quick and professional, and the result was exactly what I was hoping for. I didn’t even have to wait in line when I walked in, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Thank you to Maria for making it a great experience! I’m sure I’ll be back.Stylist: María was fantastic!

Today was the first time that I have been to this salon. My stylist Patsy cut my hair exactly as I wanted it. I have mobility issues and she was so kind and helpful. Thank you for such a great experience.

Uneven sides. Messed up fringe. Completely screwed up my haircut. I asked for "The same as last time". [3" cut on the sides, tapered. 1/2" - 1" fringe cut. Medium fade. Crisp sideburn and around the ear cut. Round neckline.] Then he proceeded to do something entirely different. They guy had an attitude problem. I could tell he clearly didn't want to be there. He just wanted to get customers to pay as quick as possible! Not worth the $22 I payed for this.Requested style: 3" cut on the sides, tapered. 1/2" - 1" fringe cut. Medium fade. Crisp sideburn and around the ear cut. Round neckline.
