We were greeted and informed that the next two days would be available for walk in but once we came back they informed us that they were booked and seemed like they just wanted to brush us off without a solution. I understand stuff gets busy and things change but they did not offer to book us in advance prior to the days we were told to come in and they were quick to try to get us to leave and without any recommendations to their other stores or places without us directly asking.

Do not use this company. Tammy Streisel was our tax preparer and just never did our taxes. She never sent them in and she said she just accidentally didn’t hit a button. She asked us to fill out some paperwork but has not been in great contact with us. Now I’m just being ignored every time I reach out and I am stuck paying the late fees even though I did everything on time. Do not trust this company. They are doing nothing to make it right.

Horrible experience this year. I have used this company for many years and this is the first year they lost the documents they uploaded and didn't call me every time I requested a call back to resolve. The fact that they charged me at all for this horrible experience is insane to me. I gave them my documents for this year and it took them over 6 months to find last year's documents that they uploaded to try to complete both years together. In the end, they still did not file both years taxes together and charged me 2 separate fees.
