Since when did HR Block start charging to remove a form that doesn't get used in your taxes like a corporation dividend?? They charged $ 15 (days after my taxes were done), to remove it because taxes are not paid on it !! You should had known not yo add it in the first place!! So Iguess that stupid little discount we got for waiting 1.5 hours after our appointment, got ate up because of you charging this ridiculous fee. And by the way old man..when you call people and leave them a message, the last thing a tax accountant needs to say is ' this message is very very important please call back right away' You like scaring people much Mr tax man?? Have some bedside manners man and learn how to talk to people who may be in a vulnerable state of mind because of their tax situation(s)

I usually give a 5 but the lady at the front desk (whom I was later told was a/the manager, which makes it more upsetting) was extremely rude, short fused, and even started clapping the back of her hand into her other palm while she was talking to me, all in the brief 30-45 second interaction we had. After all that, it turns out she was wrong in what she rudely relayed to me (that I didn’t have a 15 min appt time to meet with the specialist that I signed up for online because “I’m telling you that we don’t do that here!”) in the first place. While Mr. Major was highly professional and extremely apologetic for her rudeness, the professional thing for a MANAGER to do would be to at least call and own her mistake, as well as apologize. I wanted nothing more to do with her and was extremely pleased to be greeted by a pleasant, professional gentleman when I came back to review & sign for my tax return.

Steve who helped me at the Muldoon was very helpful and even though he did help other customers during my return. They were very quick transactions and he did reduce my bill for my patients.

The customer service from your employee was amazing you guys helped me get what I deserve and more this individual should get a raise her name was Kathleen and she worked at your office on muldoon, she definitely deserves a pat on the bac raise and a hug I couldn't ask for a better experience especially for it being my first time w you guys!!
