I seen this lady that works there.Has a problem with homeless people.she is not being professional and her job is to be kind and serve customer with like a welcome type of attitude not a you are beneath attitude. We are all human being just cause we live in a home doesn't mean we are better than homeless people.

I usually go here to get propane but lately they act like I'm ruining their day when I need propane to the point of pretending to not being able to hook it up...lol who trains these ppl anyway? They get mad when asked to do their job...lol

A favorite place! Really good coffees. BUT: Lately, they have not had one of my "best-est" add-ins for my coffee - Stokd. It comes in a little container, like a creamer or other flavored add-in for your coffee. I know I'm not alone in liking it; so I urge that it be brought back.

This holiday is so poorly managed!! Whomever is running this location does not care. With things never stocked. Counters, coffee area ,and soda area sticky spills everywhere. trash all over the floors. This easily is the dirtiest holiday I’ve been in. Morning staff seem so displease to be working there. Hopefully they can get someone in there that greets people. Change the vibe of this location. Maybe someone that can wipe down counters ??

Awful customer service. Takes advantage of customers when they know there location is the only place that offers a service. Last week, during the snow storm at 5am I stopped to get propane and was charged by the gallon, as their propane is advertised (3.99/gal). During that time I thank the store manager, Erich, for his amazing service and explained that I heat using propane and his station was the only place that could give propane that early in the morning. This week, during the deep freeze I went back to buy propane and was charge a flat rate of $17.99/tank. I asked Erich about the false advertisement on the top of their propane station that stated $3.99/gal and his response was that one of his workers actually took the new sign down but, that they had been charging the flat rate since April because it was company policy. I explained that that wasn't how I was charged last week and he told me that one of his employees must have made a mistake. When I explained that it was him that filled my propane last week then he told me that he didn't have to fill the propane at all and I could have a refund and leave because he didn't want to argue that early in the morning. This man took advantage of a single mom that needed heat to keep her children warm during a deep freeze! Great job at providing excellent customer service... not!!

There always stocked at the Debarr location. They have great workers there who are always ready to help you and are very friendly. Theyake the best coffee. This is mine and my boyfriend Kevin's favorite store ?

I went to this store earlier Sept 7th and the worker Gloria just grabbed my I.D out of my hand and scanned it with out asking.I told her thank for asking, and told me I don’t need to ask while getting E-cigs and to top it off she didn’t even look my I.D to confirm it was me.I could’ve been an underage person using someone else’s I.D!!! She also had the expression and vibe that she didn’t want to be there. Very poor customer representative and very very poor at confirming to make sure the customer I.D card matches them while buying an E-cig or any other type of Tobacco products.
