“Have been quite happy with the team at Art Mathias State Farm on Arctic Blvd ever since my old agent (Cathy Saario) retired. Hold home, multiple auto, and travel-trailer policies. Any time I need something, the staff are quick to respond and thorough in the outcome. I also hold tow/assistance rider for $10/yr per car. When I need roadside assistance, I call a tow company and afterwards email StateFarm the bill and they're quick to mail out the reimbursement. They'll email policy/coverage cards quickly if lost or needed for any reason. Friendly and polite on the phone. Love the app for paying bills and checking (and even changing!) coverage. Keep up the solid work.”

“I was a long time Allstate customer and they were good for a time. But life's changes got the better of us and we ended up having an accident with our truck. It took about 3 weeks to get it towed to a repair shop, and about 5-6 weeks for it to get repaired. My local agent or Allstate seemed powerless and unconcerned about any of it. All the heavy lifting I ended up having to do on my own, with no follow up calls and no real customer service. And I'm thankful for that! Why?It got me out of my comfort zone and got me to look at other insurance agents. Stacey Roy was local (in my neighborhood) and my business had used her for years. Stacey and her staff are amazing folks that care, genuinely care. She saved me a lot of money on our home and auto policies (sorry if that sounds like a commercial) and got me changed over very quickly.I haven't had to make a claim yet but I know if I do, that Stacey and her team have got mine and my family's back.”
