HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! No one truly cares or takes care of your claim. You get passed around from clerk to clerk. Everyone says they will help you but you end up feeling left in the dark. A bunch of he said, she said scenarios

I had to finalize with Progressive on an insurance claim. The gentleman that helped with the paperwork, was polite and professional.

Adjuster called me and admitted that he over quotes the damages for a vehicle not happy will never use progressive again!!!
