Jackson Hewyeah, compared to another Tax filing company ( won't say name), I paid IRS $499 plus $120 to tax filing company, this year I paid only $5 to IRS plus $2.50 IRS surcharge fee and about 50 bucks cheaper to Jackson Hewyeah, I'm sticking with Jackson Hewitt every year now on.

The only issue I had was the clover device having issues with connecting to the internet. She had to have someone else help her take my payment a different way

I seen 2 different tax preparers and it was a huge disappointment. One was going to give me over 2K more than the other one. I didn't get my child tax credit. I'm only getting the one that was already going to me regardless. Tanner didn't get me the most of my return like advertised!

Was very happy with Katrina! She was easy for me to understand. What I needed to send her when and why. It was all too easy. Used to pull my hair out at tax time! She made it painless,quick and it’s done !! One thing less to worry about today

I would give 0 stars if possible 2 years back to back me and my wife make a appointment to be turned away because they "double booked" it's absolutely unprofessional if they don't value my time why give them my business anymore.
