From the moment we walked into the store to when we picked up the ring and went home with it, we were treated so incredibly well! They went over how they would lower the setting and the costs. Everything was very fair, and I appreciated how excited they were to take on the project. It only took about two weeks from us dropping it off to receiving it back! “Me and my Fiancee came in looking for a matching set of simple gold bands and gold Cuban chains, Haley Christian helped us out and we couldn't have been more impressed with our experience! She was personable, kind, patient with us while we worked out what we wanted and could make work, and pulled so many strings and went out of her way to make things work for us!
Unfortunately in the end we were not able to get what we originally wanted simply due to the prices on gold being much higher than were originally noted in their pricing book due to the recent jump in the gold market.
