Scam. Went in for an oil change, they asked if I needed to top off radiator fluid so I said yes. Had nothing but problems with it ever since. Go back again to tell them and they said it's because the fan wasn't plugged in. No reason for that to happen.

Went in this afternoon for an oil change. I was told that my drivers side license plate light was out. I asked the gentlemen to show me and he walked me out to check it. This is when the manager who found the light being out said “he doesn’t trust us. Okay show him.” In an impolite tone. And then continued with a similar statement saying that I “had to trust him.” They took out my air filters and brought them inside to show me but didn’t attempt to show me the light that was out. Will not be using this business or location again.

Beware. They are slow. Said 20-30 minutes for oil change, 96 minutes later... they left driver windows rolled down. With keys in it and it was raining while he got the bill done. Another 5÷ minutes. They also changed setting, from Fahrenheit to Celsius... no way was it accidental. Counter guy knew nothing about the other services, and too 3 trips to get my mileage. I will not go back!!

My son needed a part replaced on his car that needed a special tool we didn’t have. We asked the guys at Jiffy Lube to do it. They were polite and eager to help. They got us in right away and replaced the part. It was a quick fix. They didn’t even charge us, they just smiled and said “have a nice day”. Great guys, great service.

It was 1/4 til 6 on Friday the 29th, I had just drove in from Fairbanks called them to see if I couldn't get in really quick to have my fluids checked and filled if needed and there was a noise under the front of my car and I don't know who answered the phone but he was extremely rude and refused to look at my car at all even the fluids! He just kept telling me "we are closed" and " we aren't a repair shop" it wouldn't have taken but not even 5 minutes to have checked my fluids and looked to see if there was anything obviously wrong from the noise underneathe my car. And as he was telling me that I was actually pulling up from bragaw and seen there was one car leaving a bay and 1 car they just pulled in the bay! So much for being closed!! Will never go back to this location ever again!!
