I went in the Tudor location last week Thursday to get an oil change. I was not able to get one because of issues with my oil pan. Jayson & Ryan were honest and upfront about the problem, then did a temporary fix for me. Afterwards Ryan had gave me a referral and offered for me to return if need be to check issue. All of the staff were professional & welcoming. Appreciated.

I had incredible service this week at Jiffy Lube on Dimond—I called to see if I could get an oil change despite the fact it is tire change season and they said no problem. I pulled up and Antron greeted me in the most professionally wonderful way. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful—guided me to the right oil for my car, and after the oil change, reviewed everything they did with my vehicle. The service was expedient—Jiffy Lube got my vehicle in and out of the shop super fast. I will be coming back to to the shop just because of Antron and the super fast service!

I took my bmw x5 that I just got for a simple oil change on October 4th and a few days later the oil leaked out leaving me stranded on the side of the road and blowing out my engine. They have had my car since October 10th and today is October 23rd. I had to call the employees and the manager Robert every single time for updates just for them to tell me my engine is blown out on a car that I had for one week. Robert has been unprofessional and refusing to give me his higher up information. His employees were smoking weed on the job and being unprofessional causing my bmw to have a blown out engine. They took advantage of the fact that I am a young woman and being nothing but patient throughout this whole process.

had my truck pulled in with good brakes and steering. got only an oil change. got my truck back and my steering was almost gone and my brakes was sticking and wasn't how I left it. brought my truck back and they brought it out like how I first pulled in

Horrible service.
I watched the employees here share marijuana before working on our car. Every employee was extremely high and were leaving us at the register before we could check out. I have never seen an oil change take longer in my life because all of the employees were messing around and joking around. We wanted to go to Costco so we asked them to pull out car up and they pulled it up and left it unlocked with the windows down and keys inside. Never coming here again. Bragaw location is 10/10 though!

They did change the oil and filter and adjusted tire pressures. The report states they greased four fittings. It only has two and neither was greased. States that rear differential was full. The plug had not been touched and I added 1/2 quart of fluid. States the transfer case was inaccessible. It is not inaccessible. The front differential plug was also not touched. The dirt was not disturbed. I usually do this stuff myself but this van is hard to get under. It states the tire pressure is F60 R80. They did this right and adjusted all to 35 PSI. Work order #22446.

in December of 2023 I took my truck in to the Jiffy Lube on Dimond for a routine oil change while I did some shopping at Costco. when I arrived they informed me that after draining the oil in my vehicle, one of their employees turned it over and seized my engine. The first week, the communication with the management at Jiffy Lube was good. They put me in a rental truck and had it at a shop all on the same day. As the week progressed things only went down hill. After a couple engines being found something would happen and it wouldn't work out. The insurance company then found a re-manufactured engine. After it was installed it was found to have a cracked head and needed further repairs. It is now the middle of July 2024 and I still do not have my truck and wont anytime soon. Jiffy Lube has said there is nothing they can do now(even after saying that they had considered settling with me and then taking it up with the insurance co) they said they should have stayed out of it the whole time and now it's up to the insurance company. I had gone to Jiffy Lube for years and highly recommended them. I won't anymore, in fact I would strongly recommend that you steer clear from Jiffy Lube all together. I will be filing complaints with the state commerce and other consumer agencies as well as filing a complaint on the insurance company who has barely communicated anything sufficient during this whole process.

I normally get my oil changed here and it's always in and out. They also gave me and my car of kids cold water on this hot summer day. Would recommend.

This wasn't about customer service for me - the greeting attendant was very pleasant and helpful. My comments are about the work: three customers from the day before can in to complain about "what had and had not" been done. One person had been charged over $150 for a service that had not been performed. For me? Just a few of the questions that were affirmative on check-out: Wiper Washer Filled? Yes. (No.) Fluids Topped? Yes. (No.) Windows Washed? Yes. (No.) Floors Vacuumed? Yes. (No.) Tire Pressure Checked? Yes. (No - and there is a light every time you start the vehicle.) Filter and Oil Changed? I can only hope...
