Called February 1st at 8:30am and they instantly answered .. I had my dryer go out , gentleman asked for a picture of the inside of the dryer door to make sure he would have the correct parts.. gave him this information and he said he would call when on the way …He called when in his way and showed up promptly.. he went directly to work and made sure to tell us each step he was doing .. very efficient and quickly fixed .. I was impressed with the quality and price … I didn’t even get behind on doing laundry as it was fixed and going in the same day ..would recommend them to anyone…. Thanks again for the wonderful work ….Beth Rosenbaum

These folks have worked on our dishwasher and washing machine. They show up promptly and fix stuff that I have no idea how to adjust/mend. Two thumbs up!

They had the part I needed yes it was marked up and it's prolly cheaper online but I needed it today. Friendly speedy service and some tips on installing. No refund on parts. I will use again if I'm short on time.

Good customer service! But extremely expensive. I had a leak from the dishwasher vent, he replaced the tube that connects to the garbage disposal all of that for $200 dollars.Service: Washer/dryer repair

We (were!) regular customers for years, when this local business was on Fireweed. Brought in an older (but certainly not ancient) Hoover vacuum cleaner to be fixed, since we had good results with K Appliance before, with repair work. After a few weeks of waiting, K Appliance had to be called, since we had not heard back from them, even though they said they would call. We were told that K Appliance was waiting on parts. Okay. We waited another few weeks, then stopped in there after being told that we would be called, but were not. Got the still waiting for parts reply filled with excuses. This went on until 3 months had gone by. 3 months. So, one last visit in person and we were told by K Appliance that they were waiting for the parts to be MADE. What?! We told them to keep the damn vacuum. We then went online to purchase a replacement vacuum on the Hoover website. It will be here in a few days. G'bye K Appliance. Doesn't look like the customer is number one in your book.

They told me a replacement part was coming but would take awhile for it to arrive. They enacted their 30 day no return policy and stole my machine. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE. Rip off!

They totally ripped me off for $30 for advance payment to repair my carpet cleaner. Then they kept it and I couldn't get it back! They won't even let you in the store!!

I went in with my vacuum to get it fixed - was told they would look into it to order a part but I would have to pay $20 then they would call the manufacturer. I never received a call so I went back in - they said for me to bring the vacuum in- I told them I did initially . So couple days later I brought the vacuum in again they said they can order the part but it would be a different color . I asked th'em how come I payed money and never got no call . They couldn't answer the question- they said they d call the manufacturer again - couple hours later they called and changed the story saying the manufacturer don t make that part again ! I asked for my money back and they said it was non refundable! Stay away from this place - dealt with them for a month and cost me 20 dollars for nothing- bunch of crooks operate this place !
