Before doing any business w/ this bank, it would be in your best interest to make records of every promotion, every email, take screenshots of literally everything and be sure to record every cconversation, and every interaction withthis bank. Get names, dates, employee #'s, i mean everything... because they will lie about everything you say and with out this proof they will not honor anything and wont believe nothing you say at all, NOTHING

I hate this bank!!!! The stoke $2000.00 then called me a liar! Then they sent me check after I closed the account. I came in to cash the check and they refused! Then they made me open a bank account to get my money and they play mind games with my money making me wait up to 30 minutes in the drive through to pull out any money!!!! They are rude and care less about the hassle they inflict!!!! So sick of anchorage!!!! Customer service is hard to find when it comes to being treated with any dignity!!!! Sick of it!!!! I HATE KEY BANK!

I opened a small business account at the Old Seward branch. It took two hours in branch to get it set up. I received a call a week later asking for further information which I provided, they accepted, and said everything was good to go. I spoke to the branch manager about a mistake on their side that needed correction. He said he would call me back. Three weeks later, no return call. I tried to enroll in online banking and my credentials were not being accepted. I called the toll free and was informed that my account was closed due to missing information. No call or email letting my know. Horrible experience, they are obviously incompetent. I would trust them with your money.

ATM is down most of the time and when it’s working the deposit choice is not available majority of the time smh!

The south branch, Old Seward location, is driving me crazy. The ATM rarely ever works and now the branch closes at 5pm….. Staff has always been nice. But management obviously needs to hire more people, repair the ATM and help the drive thru not take so long.

i Would also leave a zero Stars if possible. . bank somewhere else. spent 20 minutes in the drive through for deposit only was the only vehicle there. . no service and had to ask to have my id and check sent back after 20 minutes. it does not take that long to DEPOSIT only.

I would give them a zero if I could. i used their ATM the Machine malfunctioned and the machine took my card. I went to the bank the next day to retrieve it. They told me because i was not a key bank customer they could not give me my card back. I called my bank USAA - a great bank and they had never heard of such a thing and i should insist to get my card . I spoke to the manager at key bank they were totally clueless. Stay away from this bank. There is no warning on the machine that says if you are not a Key Bank customer do not use this machine. I cant get home now until my bank sends me a new card that will take until next week with the holiday.

This BANKS A SCAM,Customer Service is unhelpful, staff and management are rude and lie AND Dont expect to find any atm anywhere but at their bank offices and to be charged 20$ fee eveymonth because of their lack of accessible atms. Closing account with them ASAP. All replys from this companys a bot and nothing will be resolved.

This bank stole or allowed someone to steal $320.13 from my unemployment account but can't tell me why as of today I've heard nothing from this bank I will be going forward with a lawsuit unemployment stated they had nothing to do with it so everything leads back to KEYBANK y'all have messed over the wrong customer that I promise you y'all don't deserve one star..To the owners reply I stayed on the phone with your staff for over three and a half hours and the treatment I received from them is totally unprofessional y'all have had your chances on making this right when I called but you didn't you took from my family and now you have to deal with the investigator of unemployment since that's who your staff blamed but it wasn't them so it leads back to KEYBANK so contact them I will not rest until I get my money back that was stolen!!!!!!!.....As of 07/26/2021 this matter hasn't been addressed or solved haven't heard from anyone

Had an appointment to open an account and it went well and the worker was great, however they forgot to submit the order for my debit card and after three weeks of waiting I called customer support and they said that they never even submitted an order for a debit card to be sent to me.It would be much better if they could make cards on site, and would save many people much time rather than having to wait on snail mail
