Visited Alaska for the first time this month and glad we stopped by Kinley's for dinner. Well, we made a reservation and I see why after eating there. Fantastic fish- we had halibut and rockfish, great sides, prompt and friendly service, and a chef even stopped by our table to check in and I got a little lesson in halibut selection/prep which was awesome! This place makes you want to include another visit to Anchorage in your future for the sole (argh) purpose of dining here. Not to mention the price to value ratio is totally fair and actually amazing after hearing horror stories about Alaska pricing- beats the lower 48 all day long for this, as well as taste and quality.

Outstanding food, service and atmosphere. Apps and entrees are consistently delicious and the service from Kristie is top notch. Drinks from the bar are always on point too Our favorite go to place when we want a 10/10 night out.

We tried Kinley's after seeing them in the Greatest Hits Cookbook Alaska. We have frequented all the highest rated establishments in Anchorage and these guys are at the top along with Crows Nest, Altura, Club Paris and Kincaid Grill. We ordered the Halibut Cheeks and Seared Scallops, both were delicious and well presented. The service was top notch as they use multiple servers to take your order, bring drinks, food and clear the table. Surprisingly, this was the least expensive meal of all the high end restaurants, whereas Marx Brothers was the most expensive and by far the worst..Applebee's can make a better steak.

While our server was great, both the food and the atmosphere were mediocre. After hearing about how Kinley's is wonderful for years, my wife decided she wanted to try it for her birthday.Nothing made it stand out from a number of other restaurants in town. There are certainly worse places for dinner, but there are also a number that are better. I doubt we'll return.Vegetarian options: My mother-in-law was very happy with the "Lasagna". I thought it was the best thing we tried. If I were to return to Kinley's, it's probably what I would order.

We decided to come to Kinleys for an after work dinner with an out of town colleague. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious and we did not feel rushed at all. I'd highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to have a quiet, nice meal.

Nice little placewith a touch of ambience. Pretty good food. Wasn't too impressed by the mocktail I was given though, or the French onion soup. It was just so bland. Overall, not too shabby.

Generally the experience was adequate, we enjoyed the meal. However service for the price was very poor. It was not busy, several open tables. It took quite awhile for a waiter to come to our table. Our drinks while delicious took almost 20 minutes. Once we placed our orders our entrees took over an hour. The waiter apologizes that he forgot to put the order in and offered a few pieces of bread as "compensation". The food was good as were the drinks but for the price I expected much better.

This was our first time dining here and we really enjoyed it. The appetizers were huge as well as the meals. Price was very reasonable for the quality of food and amount. I loved the pairings of accompaniments to the main course. The use of herbs and spices was a delight to the palate. The restaurant was very busy but we never felt rushed. Our waiter was Gideon who was very attentive and personable. The chef came out to every table to ask about it experience. Incredible. The desserts were a delight as well. The homemade ice cream and sorbets did not disappoint. We will be back next trip into town.

This was our first visit. We've been in Anchorage for 10 years and haven't tried Kinley's yet (no particular reason, maybe so close to Moose's Tooth, which we avoid due to crowds). We loved it! Waitstaff were dressed professionally and acted like they were working in a Michelin starred restaurant. Used plates or glasses did not stay on our table for longer than a couple of minutes. The wine and spirit menu was very good, lots of choices. The drinks were generous, meal portions were plentiful, and the dessert menu had several great selections. We will be back!

Top notch experience! Top notch service- really well done- made me feel comfortable and welcome. I had the elk loin special- yes/ it was terrific. Recommend the onion soup and the beet chevre salad. Everything perfect! Cool place- no walk-ins available that night- popular spot for good reason!

Wonderful as usual. Probably my fourth time there this year. Definitely went overboard on the drinks. Worth it! Kinley's has a good wine selection. The halibut cheeks with risotto is amazing! My boyfriend gets it every time. I got the special which was the pork schnitzel. It was so good! All the entrees come with soup or salad and the salad portions are really huge. Nice fresh baby greens. I like the calamari at kinley's it's not your typical deep fried dish. We also had the lobster ravioli. So rich and delicious!
