Excellent customer service and honest, skillful work. Christine at the front desk is knowledgeable about cars and friendly. Jessie, one of the mechanics, is outstanding. I trust L&M and know my car is in good hands, whether it's a routine oil change or engine issues after a road trip on the Dalton Highway.

Honestly I was so stressed when my starter had went out I called the shop and Christine got me in literally a few days later the replaced it same day and made the process super smooth, I highly recommend this shop if you have ANY mechanical issues. Crazy enough I had shops refuse my car because it was manual transmission and other shops tried to charge $400 more dollars then what the repair was worth I just wanna say thank you to L and M motors amazing auto shopServices: General repairs & maintenance

SSCAMMERS, fraudulent BS.03 Tahoe, told them I had a leak from the transfer case and transmission was slipping from 1st to 2nd. The guy told me they'd see what they can do. 2 days later he tells me they can't diagnose internal transmission issues and they aren't going to do the transfer case seal. 150 dollars for "diagnostic", I told the pink haired lady at the desk that you just told me you can't diagnos it. She clutched my keys away from me and pushed the bill closer while saying "sorry honey". They didn't check computer codes, nothing. They took my truck in KNOWING they couldn't diagnose it and charged me anyways without doing anything. The giant "Full service garage" on the shop is a lie.

The best part for me of using L and M Motors is always their dedication to great customer service.This time around I had a windshield wiper issue - not only did they give me suggestions for things I could try at home to attempt to fix it - sometimes it's as simple as tightening a couple of bolts - they got me in pretty quickly to do the repair, diagnosed it and had it done in a few hours.Since I didn't have a ride or anything to do with my day, I simply hung out in their lobby with a book and my phone - I was checked on regularly to make sure I was doing good, given updates regularly on where things were at, and will be back for the next thing I need done.Always a great experience!

Wow. That reply is crap. I am in your data base. And if my car was test driven. You or any employee informed me of the other problems the car had. I called to ask why I want told of the alignment problem and the lady was rude and defensive even after I told her I know you guys didn't break my car. So again. Horrible service performed. And horrible customer service givenTo answer you mr question on how to make it right. First. Talk to your tech who let me leave without him give my car a test drive. Second talk to your front desk person. I called and Informed her of this mishap. She was rude and defensive. Even after I said I know you guys didn't mess the car up. I talked to her today. She said she doesn't remember my call to tell her about me leaving and my car was still broke. So that is on her for not putting a note on my account or informing you of this mistake. For those reasons I don't want your refund or services in the future. Good luck with your business. And I hope this lets you know your employees are not doing a competent job. And after looking at other reviews. Your couldn't find you in our system is more proof your lying Or your front desk person is totally incompetent.

Great prices on oil changes. Honest service. You could tell they don't price gouge and try to scam people out of money. I will be going to them for all my vehicle maintenance needs.

Amazing Service and Timely. What I love as this is my First time doing Business with them, they actually gave me a call back Quoted me the Price of what it would cost both Parts and Labor AND was able to get it Done Before the end of Business which was Pretty Amazing. I Heard whining sounds in the cabin and did some research to see what it might have been, I took it too the Dealer and told them the issue and Chevy wanted $199 JUST to look at it, so I made the appointment but didn't go as I was recommended L&M Motors so I took it there and at first I told them what I thought it was but they couldn't get it done and rescheduled for another appointment which was nice and I dropped it off that Day which is todays date 6/6/2023 at 7:30am and got the call and was Quoted $597 to replace the Alternator which I didn't even think was the problem along with the Belt and got it back b4 closing. I would DEFFINATELY recommend them too ANYONE needing their Car Serviced.

Mike was extremely helpful. His team made an extra effort driving the car around to find a complicated intermittent problem. Mike drove with me after his team examined the vehicle to ensure the fix. Great customer service by his team. Highly recommended.

Mike the owner provided me with a refund for the labor and part of the cost of the crankshaft position sensor. Nice guy who cares about the reputation of his business bud should probably look into the quality of his service employees. His secretary was excellent.

So an update. The crankshaft position sensor that they installed lasted a grand total of six months on the road, IT FELL OUT WHEN I WAS DRIVING BECAUSE THEY DID NOT TIGHTEN IT PROPERLY. I have since moved out of state. If you want to have to come back 3x and then pay to get work re-done 6mo later for simple repairs that they can't seem to do right... like at all...this is your place. Stay away.I took my vehicle in for a tune up, to include swapping my winter tires to summer, belt replacements, oil change, crankshaft position sensor replacement, coolant flush, valve cover gasket, and transmission fluid flush/filter change. $1200+ dollars of work in total. Scheduling an appointment and dropping off my vehicle was simple and easy. The requested work was done within one day and I picked up my vehicle. As I am driving the ten miles home, it becomes apparent there is a noticeable vibration in the steering wheel. I return the car to the shop and all four tires are rebalanced. The owner was apologetic and informed me that the tech had “forgotten to calibrate the balancing machine this morning.” I drive my vehicle home and everything is fine. The next day, I noticed a squeak from one of the belts. This was an issue that I listed to please get fixed. I bring the car back and one of the techs tells me the belt is bad and that I need to bring it back in a few days because they need to order a belt. I bring it back a few days later and speak with the owner who tells me that the belt is actually on hand, and that the techs “forgot to change one of the belts as there are multiple.” The forgotten belt was changed and the squeak went away. The owner Mike is attentive and a very nice guy who cares about his customers. However, I just can not recommend this shop after having to take my vehicle back three separate times to redo work that should have been done correctly the first time like I had paid for.Services: Tires
