Lana and Alex were very personable and helpful working with me to get the perfect Lazy-boy leather recliner with a custom color (midnight blue) and height extender base add-on. I was replacing a Lazy-boy that I bought 23 years ago. I still loved the old one, but my wife didn’t think the color matched the new living room color scheme. Someone is sure going to get a fine recliner at one of the donation places!

We spent over an hour sitting in every recliner and loveseat - and the staff member helping us, Kelsey, was so helpful, knowledgable, and patient. We went and got coffee for the hour it took for the fabric treatment (we have several pets and frequent movie nights), and we were able to pick up our new recliner and loveseat that same day and were on our way home.La-Z-Boys are great, and the staff was great, too! Thanks again, Kelsey!

Major kudos to whoever hired Ms. Kelsey Jones! Kelsey is both friendly and professional. She creatively helped match my needs and wants with what her company could do for me. She is naturally intuitive and came up with ideas I had not thought of, yet wasn’t afraid to ask relevant questions that allowed her to fine-tune her understanding of what I was looking for. Her work ethic and true desire to help her customers is obvious in how she handles herself. I was not as impressed by others I interacted with in the store, and probably would not have pulled the trigger on the chair if it wasn’t for Kelsey. Give this girl a raise and a promotion! She truly is a treasure.

Alex, my salesman, was a jewel. I came in after googling their website and had an idea of what I wanted in a recliner. Alex had so many ideas as to chairs that would fit my needs. He helped me find the perfect chair. Did you know that one chair can fit your body better than another chair. (Height and width) I love my new chair and the beautiful Sable color. The only sad thing is that it needs to be ordered and it won't be here until January.

I came in tonight not really planning on making a decision on purchasing a living room set. Working with Kelsey was so nice; she was very patient! I must have looked at and sat in every single reclining loveseat/couch at least 5 times each. Kelsey was so easy to talk to! By the time I left, I had my couch and loveseat recliners purchased and what would consider a friend. ?

So far the service provided buy Lazy-boy in Anchorage AK has been great Alex the sales representative was super knowledgeable and help me and my wife pick the chair and couch that was a perfect fit. I honestly did not realize chairs that looks so much alike could feel so diffrent. My wife and I are both horrible when it comes to designing things we have ideas of what we like but don't know how to put it all together. Candy the designer was wonderful in helping put the things that my wife and I like into reality. Once we receive the items we purchased I will update my review to reflect but the comfort and quality I felt setting in the furniture at the store I am sure to be impressed.

Watched 2 men hang a hazard!!! Asked if that was going to left as is they said yes!!! Attached sign is at less than 5 ft above ground surface strings attached are hard to see as they are very small!!!

Walked in the door and Kelsey greeted me with a smile and showed me what I was looking for. A bright and cheery young lady. No pressure. Picked out what I wanted and walked out 20 minutes later with a smile and a good feeling for this store. Not my first purchase here and definitely not my last. Thank you.

Purchased a rocker/recliner with delivery 12/21. The chair has broken 4 times. First noticed during warranty when I turned it over to adjust the tension. The base glue seams had failed. Attempts to self repair with glue/clamps failed so took it back to repair under warranty. (FYI you will be responsible for transport) The repair consisted of toenailing the joints with wood screws. A month after the warranty expired the frame failed again at glued joints and one of two dowels broke. Self repaired then the crescent 2x4 rocker bottom failed which I modified and repaired. I had a La-Z-Boy recliner prior to this which lasted over 12 years of daily use. The base was made of hardwood and metal hardware. The latest construction consists of pressboard, glue, and wooden dowels. Cost savings. Recommendation to all for my failed significant cost purchase...flip all furniture you're considering to purchase and look at the construction. For me that will be a standard procedure for all future purchases. The sales staff I worked with were good and professional. Unfortunately their products are not.

Lana was very good at determining what our true needs were and ensured we ordered the right product. She has always been an excellent associate to work with and brings a little spice to the conversation. We entered the store looking and left after we ordered two chairs that are going to exceed our expectations.
