I used to live in Alaska, but moved to Boston and needed help with a probate case. I found Curtis and selected him because of his military background. He was extremely helpful in providing clear advice to me several times over the phone and email regarding the complicated probate process, and ultimately assisted me with some title work to close out probate. I called around to 6 Anchorage estate planning attorneys looking for some assistance for my parents. Curtis was the only attorney who personally answered the phone. Not only was he very courteous with me of the phone but was able to assist my parents in updating their documents.

Curtis helped us write a will, set up a trust and really informed us of alaska law. We have 3 young children and those are hard decisions to make. I would highly recommend him.

I don't recall who I spoke to. I had a recent death in the family. My family member had a will and the beneficiary needed legal help. When you're mourning and at a loss of what comes next the last thing you need to feel is like you're inconveniencing someone. That's what I felt when I called this firm. I'm glad I was the one who called and not the family member who is the beneficiary. Enormous lack of compassion.
