I had a fantastic experience at the Lids store in the Fifth Avenue Mall in Anchorage, AK, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the store manager, Julien! From the moment I walked in, Julien made sure I was taken care of, offering helpful suggestions and going above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for.
Not only was he knowledgeable about the products, but he was also incredibly patient and attentive, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident with my purchase. His customer service was top-notch, and he truly made the shopping experience enjoyable.
If you’re in Anchorage and need a hat or any custom embroidery, I highly recommend stopping by this location. Julien and his team will make sure you leave with exactly what you need and with a smile on your face. I will definitely be coming back!

Doo doo head Jay apparently is the manager at this “business”. When we asked to check out, Jay got mad that he had to get up and do his job so he proceeded to kick us out. He sat and provided commentary on whatever YouTube video he was watching instead of caring about his job. Jay deserves a 0/5 stars. AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I enjoy the stores, but the service at the 5th ave mall today was horrible. Sales person to busy on personal phone and rude when asked about making a hat.

went in to buy my dad hats, of course i’m short & the hat i wanted was up high. asked the guy for help to see if they have a different size and he said no, so we had to jump just to get the ones in the back and ended up finding the right size. asked for the same size in a different hat & if he could get it cause we couldn’t reach and he rolled his eyes and seemed uninterested to help. i’d understand if he was busy but him and his other female coworker were just sitting behind the counter on their phones. so rude! and bad customer service!!!! never again am i coming to this lids store, i’ll stick to the other one

Id like to give a ZERO star. Bought 2 hats and paid for embroidery. The giy brags about how good he is, guarantees me itll get done right. Failed to deliver, then wants me to return the hats and pay for the subpar embroidery. Are you kidding me....just fiix it
