I ordered a large item that was in stock and scheduled the delivery. With less than 12 hours notice they changed the order. Now the item won’t be delivered for 4 more days and all parts won’t be delivered and I am responsible for going to the other end of town to get them. In a nutshell, South Anchorage Lowe’s sold the item I bought to someone else instead of delivering it to me.

I just had a very unusual problem witha Pella door Sully the manager was exemplary in helping me solve the problem a problem I thought would take days if not weeks to deal with was all done in one day I could not be happier and the other guys that helped me carried in and help me get the door apart we're also courteous and just wonderful to work with thank you very much

Tried to get estimates for carpet, windows and doors. No call, no show for window measurements. Called store back and they said manager would call me to resolve, a week later no call. Did receive estimate for carpet but did not include everything. Called corporate customer service, since no call back from store, typical run around. All they said was they are sorry about the run around. Ended the call by saying that customers are their number one priority. I beg to differ.

Hours online state store closes 10pm, app shows 10pm, get to the store there is a small paper sign ‘close at 9pm’ with giant 6am-10pm sticker on door.

I have visited this location 4x and called them 7x to get a storm door install. It is impossible to talk to anyone in millworks - even the Lowe’s 800 # could not reach them, and this no one has been able to help me. I have spent about 3 hours on this project. On my 4th I store visit, I assured the door would be delivered today and the installer would come today as well. I specifically asked how they were going to coordinate the delivery and the install and I was assured they would handle it. The door got delivered, but the installer never arrived. Miracle of miracles, a 17-minute phone call got me to a person and she said the install was never scheduled at all. I will NEVER shop at Lowe’s again. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and there is no resolve to date except that I have a door sitting in my living room. Save yourself and go elsewhere people?

I go here all the time. Always find what I need. Having the restrooms way at the back of the store is annoying for me as a senior citizen but I suppose it helps keep the homeless people from camping out in there.

Reduced my rating from 5 to 2 stars. I spent 4 hours in the store waiting for a forklift operator to get some treated lumber. Ultimately "he went home" and so did I, without my lumber. I came back the next day and still waited an hour. At that point, I left, went to Home Depot and had it in about 15 minutes.
I went back recently for a circular saw blade. They do not have them in store, they must be ordered and shipped "special order". Back to Home Depot and had my saw blade in 10 minutes.

I tried to return an item, a piece of pvc, in perfect condition, that I had the receipt for and it was 10 days past their 90 day return policy, and they wouldn’t take it back or even give me store credit. I wasn’t even aware of such a ridiculous return policy. Well Lowe’s, I hope that $30 dollars was worth losing a customer forever! I have spent thousands of dollars there over the last 3 years, and now, even if I have to drive across town, I will NEVER shop at Lowe’s again. Customers beware!!!

After having a terrible time at home depot, it was like a breath of fresh air here. Everyone was so nice and helpful, Jason helped cut a piece of plexiglass for us as well as inform us how to successfully make holes in it. 10/10 will always recommend here now
