The manager Alexander went above and beyond to help me with my previously purchased scarecrow display that was missing parts. He didn’t pass the problem to someone else; he stopped his day (and other tasks he was currently doing) to ensure I got what I needed and that I was taken care of. Definitely my best Lowe’s customer service experience.

Worst customer service ever! Delivery I had already waited 10 days for was damaged. They did nothing to make it right. Now have to wait another week for replacement delivery. Never purchasing from here again.

I recently purchased a product from Lowe’s in Muldoon, and I couldn’t be happier with my shopping experience. Their associates (Rose, Jenna, Zav, Rain, Joanna) were very approachable, friendly, and helpful they were making it easy to find the perfect item not just what I want but also the best deal and reliable. The checkout process was smooth, and I received a good deal with my product. The product is in excellent condition, exactly as described on their boxes and how associates described. I’m thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop at Lowe’s in Muldoon again and again also in the future whenever I planned to built something for my house. Highly recommended!
Shout out to these people they are the best workers I’ve ever met in the store.

P.S.S. 8/17/24 Received an email from Lowe's telling us that our washer and dryer will be delivered tomorrow 8/18/24. HELLO. We now have both our washer and dryer since the washer was finally installed yesterday. We do NOT/SHOULD NOT have to call the store to alert them of their mistake. AGAIN. Honestly, how pitiful can you people be?!?! We are no longer shoppers of Lowe's, not any of the stores, ESPECIALLY the store in Tikahtnu/Muldoon. :-( :-(
P.S. 8/14/24 The installers NEVER. SHOWED. UP. No phone call. Nothing. We called Lowe's and Caitlin gave it a good try to help us. 8/15/24 6 p.m. Called Lowe's Tikahtnu for verification on installation. We were told by the young woman who finally answered that no one was in Appliances at that time. At 6 p.m.? Called back at 9 p.m. and was told there wasn't anyone scheduled to work in Appliances? She then put us on perpetual hold, came back on and was too busy talking to "an associate" as she said, so instead of apologizing and being professional, she called it done and hung up on us. Nice.
We spent $1600.00 for this?!?! The fight continues...
Our review: We cannot and will not recommend this store for appliance purchases mainly due to their godawful, incredibly disorganized installation timing. To be given a 12 hour window by Jon in person, which is ridiculous but certainly not his fault as he is told to say such a thing, then a 4 hour window in an email sent to us, then a promise by the installer to accommodate our request when asking for a somewhat more precise time, then not following through is inexcusable. We asked Ben with Platinum Express Installations to arrive at a similar time as he did initially to install a washer after he had installed the dryer. The washer installation required plumbing work, which we took care of. Ben said yes, of course, but then did not show up as promised. If it were not possible he should have let us know this instead of basically lying to us. It has been 12 days now since we have not had a washing machine. Waiting at home when we need to rest right now, with still no washer installed, and no phone call is the most appalling customer service we have ever experienced since purchasing appliances in Anchorage in all of our 50+ years of residence here. Jon in the appliance center was personable and did his best to help us, even though the process with signing up after making a $1600 purchase was very tedious. He was covering the counter in the appliance center solo, with customers stacked up. He got ZERO help from ANY Lowe's associates who were standing around nearby. Our next appliance purchase will most definitely NOT be with Lowes, after what we have been through. And it isn't over yet, because we are still waiting to have our washer installed and we have not had any sleep.
The comment from the "owner" below is absolutely no help whatsoever. Why would we bother calling the number you provided after all of the trouble we've been through and have had to fix ourselves?! No, you DON'T know the importance of "getting the project done at the right time." No. You. Don't.

Only problem they have is stock. You got everything else for the project. And they are short metal for the roof! They had 2 and needed 3 to cover the 2 sheets of board.

We are having the worst customer service experience with this store. We ordered cabinets back in March. Only part of the order was delivered. We’ve been trying since then to get answers about where the rest of our order is. All we’ve gotten is the run around. Rich in cabinets and the Assistant Manager, Alex can’t tell me when these cabinets will arrive nor will they return emails/calls to discuss reordering. Also, we’ve already called their customer care line. That has resolved nothing. They just took our money, gave us part of our order, and delayed our whole project. It would be so great if we could get in touch with someone above the assistant manager to resolve this issue.

Helpful associates, okay selections of materials. Pricey, but everyone is. Bathrooms are not maintained to any kind of standard for chain. Last time I was here, my stall had no toilet paper, there was urine on the floor of the next stall over, there wasn't toilet paper in the dispenser but loose on the rail (someone didn't fulfill the paper order before running out), there was a random pair of pants on the child diaper changing station, and there were no paper towels. I would have rather taken a dump in the parking lot to be perfectly honest, my truck is better supplied. ??♂️

I have been using this store for around 6 months now. Every visit is so nice, the staff are friendlier and more helpful than any store I have ever been to. They have earned my business for the foreseeable future.

Rated two-star for the well -supplied shelves. When needing LED lighting sizing questions, no one appeared in this area for more than 40 minutes, as I researched on my iphone what would likely be my lighting needs. Near the conclusion of this 40 minutes of indecisiveness, an employee approached me and passed me with slumped posture with his face to floor, signaling, “ Do not approach me, I am not willing…”. My direct facial expression transversed his approach to me via exit of the lighting isle to his exit. For assistance beyond, no employees in front horizontal isle, no customer service area, and an unstaffed Return area wherein i witnessed a returner having to login his entry via computer with no employee assist.
Saving money are ya Lowes for less employees? Besides not being able to determine how to claim my military discount at my self-enhanced checkout, I will refuse and continue to give recognition to that Lowes for unacceptable and substandard customer performance which would equate to far below that of current military expectations. Ace Hardware may cost a little more but their customer service represents quality which far exceeds that of Lowes now and what was a good, service excellence years ago past.
A business who forgets customer service will say goodnight to its business and not awaken.
PS. More details about round the corner in window coverings… no one to service so no story to tell! Sigh sucks!
