Ordered a snowblower and was given a estimated pickup date of Dec 28th. Just got off the phone with customer service they had gotten 15 of the same snowblowers in but the only way I could pick it up was if I cancelled my order and created a new one. They then tracked the original order and I was told that the delivery date was January 12th. I dont understand why they received a shipment for inventory but didn't fulfill outstanding orders.

Some people think Lowe's and home Depot are the same but they are not. Each one has some individual items that you can't find at the other big box store. One example is backsplash for countertops. You can find different stone types of backsplashes for bathrooms at Lowe's... They really have a great selection. You are not going to find them at Home Depot. Four stars today cuz the 10-in x 36-in shelves I was looking for were not in stock.

I usually love this store and have bought a lot of things here and people are very helpful in store. However, I bough appliances on the 7th that were supposed to have a delivery date of the 14th. No one called to say it was delayed, have made many phone calls and listening to the phone ring for over an hour when someone told me they would be delivered on the 26. Here it is the 26th and no one is answering the phone, I called the corporate customer service number and they answered right away. Why can no one answer the phone? I need these appliances for a new home and no one at the store answers.

I do not normally do this, but this needs some attention. I am dismayed, appalled, and simply do not understand why Lowe's would hire a manager like this. The lady claiming herself to be the boss of the blue uniformed team of merchandisers in the store does not have a boss quality at all. Talking like a slimy dictator to members of her, I'd guess, team threatening to fire them or reminding them about her open-door policy is no way to talk to workers. Especially if there are customers around who could hear her ranting. If that is how she thinks, then 'her' open-door policy should be available to her and managers like her with such condescending attitudes as well. She's dealing people who may be struggling with the work and that is no way treating co-workers like that. I'd think that this company I've been shopping at for decades is not encouraging that kind management attitude.

Be very hesitant to order anything through the app for delivery with this location and expect same day delivery. I ordered same day delivery and paid the extra fee to do so at 10:00am and was informed later that day I would get it the next day because they operate on Eastern time zone with a 2:00pm cutoff for orders.So unless you're planning on making your order before 10am don't even try.

They confirmed delivery the day before and never showed. No call or email or nothing. It's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone that will help you. They just want to transfer you and it never goes anywhere. After being transferred nowhere 3 times customer service eventually told me they would have a manager call me when they aren't as busy. If you do get someone willing to give you information, it is different every time.

This Rating is for the carpet purchase and installation at Lowes Tikahtnu center; Our experience was definitely five star. The sales person Alex Hegg was extremely informative and Helpful in our purchase and setting up the installation. The husband and wife team, Christian and Bri were professional, Polite, informative and well versed in carpet removal and installation and should be commended. The entire experience was (unexpectedly) smooth as silk. We would recommend these individuals to anyone.Thank You All!Dave and Sue

This is our go to home improvement store and go to Lowe’s. They always help, answer questions, and have nearly everything we’ve needed for all the various internal and external projects we get into as home owners. Today they made our day by price matching a cased product that needed to be ordered from Home Depot with their in store individually priced item. They definitely have hiring down, everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have us continually coming back.

A week or so ago asked assistance from a young lady named Kiana. Was looking for long tension rods, she looked in different locations including online. Finally, recommended another store even going so far as looking up the location in the other store. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you Kiana

Store is ok but I believe delivery service could use some improvement ! Had washer scheduled for delivery. We got the call that it would be delivered between 10 a.m. and 2pm. I took off work and waited around... 3:30pm rolled around and no one ever showed up. I called to see what the status was and was told that they came around 2:30 (I was home) but the road was too icy for their truck (this is Alaska, all the roads are icy). They even confirmed the description of both of my vehicles in the driveway so they had to have come up the street. Obviously not too icy if they drove up and identified my vehicles.

Bad place favorites with employees.. not all employees are treated the same , some can park close and some can go get coffee on their break . It's stupid

I was impressed at how clean this Lowes store was. (NE Anchorage). Bought a refrigerator @ 4th of July weekend sale. Appliance staff was super helpful & knowledgable (phone & in-person). There's another Lowes closer to us; but we're shifting our business to NE ANC. All staff we encountered there was top notch.
