Thin fabric and poor stitching in recent years. This brand used to be quality but started declining 3 years ago. Leggings used to be thick enough to withstand squatting, hiking and running. Now they are cheaply made and thin so everything shows and a pair of bought already had stitching coming out. At least they have a great return policy.If they bring back the quality of the leggings, l will come back as a devoted customer.

I went to LuLu to look around, because I had a gift certificate. A sales educator by the name of Mattie helped me. She was so helpful and cheerful. No high pressure sales. I found exactly what I was looking for. The following week I went back and she greeted me by NAME!!! Asked how I liked my purchase! Wow. Kudos to this store. Quality products and staff!!

Associate who helped me was originally very friendly! However, I haven’t purchased clothing from lululemon in a long time and wasn’t sure what size I was so I had to bring in many items into the dressing room to be sure what size I was! After spending about 35 minutes in the store and using the fitting rooms twice, I could tell the associates were staring at me and talking about me which made me incredibly uncomfortable. I was then asked “do you just want me to bring these items to the front for you?” While the ones in my hands were taken before I could even answer by the originally friendly associate. I paid for my items and left immediately after. I will no longer be shopping in store at this location!

The associates are extremely helpful and friendly. Needed assistance with a zipper issue. The staff solved the issue immediately on the spot. Very grateful. Same goes to the associates at the Dimond Center location.

Dakota was absolutely amazing! I ordered something through the phone and it got lost in the mail which was completely not their fault. I called the GEC and they weren't helpful so Dakota went above and beyond and took matters into her own hands to resolve the issue.

Received great service from the associates today! Tori helped find and brought out items from the back in my size and set me up with a dressing room to try them on. Another associate helped with fashion advice and a third brought my items to the front so I didn't have to carry them around the store. Seamless experience beginning to end; great job 5th Ave Lulu! If only there was a break on the ? prices but you get the quality you pay for ?♂️

Lululemon doesn’t have the best reputation for customer service but we had a great experience. Everyone was patient and helpful and very friendly. Excellent selection of clothing, undergarments and even coats.

Rennin at this store was so patient and so happy to help me with what I was looking for when I called. My reception was poor but she stuck with me and we got it done. I really appreciated her demeanor on the phone and I’m certain she’s even nicer in person!!! Keep up the awesomeness!

I visited this store today and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Amber, she asked me if I need assistance and let me know about the clearance options. Her customer service was phenomenal!!! She payed attention to detail about my concerns. She showed me various options of leggings, based on the purpose of use. I felt like a kid on Christmas Day. If you come to this location PLEASE ASK FOR AMBER! She will not fail you! She goes above and beyond looking for size you need! Searching high and low I swear! I walked out with a smile on my face and fresh fit. I am a happy camper and will be returning to this location! THANK YOU AMBER!

I am a frequent lululemon customer and was extremely disappointed by the customer service. I was not unreasonable as I work in retail myself, however, I was ignored and when I asked for assistance I was dismissed. The three associates working on June 22nd around 6pm were all helping one guy at the register. After waiting around for about 5 minutes waiting for assistance and not receiving any, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunate and disappointing.

I visited this store a few days ago with my mom and sister. We were having a bit of a crisis looking for tampons because there are literally no pharmacies in downtown Anchorage but the gals here literally went above and beyond to help us out. We later did some shopping and I was impressed by the attentiveness and excellent customer service and recommendations by the staff. I highly recommend stopping by!
