Contacted Chris late at night and he provided all the information for my wife to come to Anchorage the next day and pick up the vehicle. Smoothest vehicle purchase I have experienced and done while I was in bush Alaska.

Horrible customer service, if you want a free adult tantrum this is the place. Went in to look at a vehicle, less than impressed and they were asking a pretty penny. I wanted to think about it and the salesmen got SUPER upset and switched on a dime. Im thinking maybe he got offended that we tried to do some light haggling but if your car salesman can’t handle that… that’s embarrassing. I genuinely was considering it but his attitude completely lost my business. Felt like I got saved by not buying from here and ended up with something much better at a much better deal the next day from a dealer down the street. Told my new car salesman about my experience and he even said Lybergers has that type of reputation. Steer clear!

Lybergers was an absolutely wonderful experience for me when I sought out a used vehicle. I wasn't greeted with a pushy salesperson trying to upsell me. Robert my salesperson was kind and very helpful throughout my time there, and it was a relaxing stress free situation. Once I decided on my vehicle Robert aswell as Chris in the office got me through everything in a fast professional manner. If you're looking for a used vehicle and want a genuinely good experience Lybergers is a great option.

I went to Lybergers to support my son buying a new-ish (it's a used car dealership after all) vehicle. Robert promptly came out to greet us. He was very warm, mellow, and down to earth. Unlike every other car dealership I've been to over the years, he just wanted to let us know he was there to help and that he'd let us look around without being followed, and he did just that. My son, his wife and I looked over all of the cars they were interested in unimpeded by a salesman.When the time came, Robert was there to answer all of our questions. He just gave us information, not any bs; the pros and cons of the two vehicles that my son and his wife narrowed it down to.When it came to negotiations, Robert and Chris were very straight forward and to the point. I had several questions about the backend of used car business (book values, auctions, current wholesale market conditions, etc.) Chris was very honest (something I never dreamed I'd ever say about a car dealer), and went out of his way to produce facts and figures with very little conjecture. He was able to show us that my son's family was getting a pretty good deal.OverallPros:Knowledgeable, friendly, courtesy, direct, absolutely no pressure, quality vehicles.Cons:Low inventory, understandable at the time I posted, because nobody has much inventory.

I bought a vehicle there a couple weeks ago, it was a smooth and easy experience. I felt compelled to write this review to give kudos to Robert, as he went above and beyond to answer all my questions, be friendly and welcoming, and even drive my old truck home after!

Wonderful, comfortable experience. Martin was amazing. The whole time we were there it was like being family. Process from start to finish only took about two hours, and we drove off in a car that exactly fitted our needs. Would absolutely use again!!

We had an excellent experience with Robert, our salesman, and Rob and Carrol with office and paper work, at Lybergers. No pressure sales, informative. They go the extra mile. Mom got her P sticker with their help. The gave us fancy American flags to fly from the windows. They saved the car for us. Will highly recommend them. Couldn't have been more perfect. Oh, and we got ice cream!

I’ve always had a dream truck in mind and was searching for months for a Toyota Tundra @ multiple dealerships.. I found my truck @ Lybergers .. and Marty and the owner was so positive and welcoming when I step foot in there office .. Everything went very smoothly ? I was very impressed with the service and never felt that I was getting pressured to buy anything .
