“Needed some beef fat for some venison I was going to grind for burger. Spoke with Joseph just before store closing and mentioned the sooner I could get it the better. He came in early the next morning (the weekend no less) to make sure it was ready for pickup once the store opened. For such a small order (and the time it takes to trim fat off several pieces), it made a big difference to me and my family. Excellent customer service! Huge thanks to Joseph!”

They also deliver, prepare amazing gift baskets to either send for you via FedEx to ANY PART OF THE WORLD! or to take yourself, they also have a mini store inside with the most amazing sandwich Meats, Cheeses and other seafood varieties including a mini German Market with so many amazing things! In such cozy establishment. It is BEAUTIFUL just to enter and be in there. I REALLY MISS this place sooo MUCH. I put 4 and a half years working for then and I'll do it all over again just because my experience was the most beautiful next to such a GREAT FAMILY just this time, would stay forever.
