I have been going to Medical Park Family Care for many years. I live in Wasilla, but it is worth the drive to go. Dr. Gaskill is a very caring physician and I have always been happy with the care I receive from her.

I was able to get an appointment quickly with my provider, my concerns were addressed, a plan was made, and a follow up call with results was timely. Much appreciate! Highly recommend Leslie Tolliver!

I had an appointment for today, but fell ill and was recently discharged from the ER.I came down with the flu. I called to let them know and they were amazing. Triage nurse was so kind and advised me that I should stay home and we can reschedule - I explained I understood the new patient rule and understood that I may be cancelled out as a patient. She said don't worry some things can't be helped. We rescheduled my appointment.30 minutes later I received a call from a very very rude woman who didn't introduce herself when I answered. I said hello and she responded..." You are no longer able to be seen in our clinic you cancelled twice I couldn't believe it...I asked who am I speaking to and she refused to give me her name she just kept saying my supervisor said you are out!!!!Their clinic may be amazing I'll never know . But that lady was absolutely rude.I couldn't help it I was I'll....I told her. She didn't care. She said my supervisor said you are out!!!

This is the medical service you have been looking for. Professional. Kind. Knowledgeable. Their work is efficient translating into right timing for getting in, through and out. There staff are all very well educated and coordinated in the total success. These are difficult times to have any medical service, public or private. How they do it is amazing. I am grateful to be a patient. Thank you

Dr. Noah Laufer is my primary care physician. He is amazing.I have also seen Leslie Tolliver, PAC both via telehealth and in person @ the walk-in clinic.I always have a good experience with MPFC. Nurses are awesome too.Tips to get the most out of your visit: Write down and bring questions and take notes pad or use your phones "note" section to write down questions for the provider.I always get a diagnosis, treatment plan and know how long it will take for me to feel better when I walk out. Also they usually do - but I ask too - to check medication interactions - especially if they prescribe a new medication. And always call within a couple of weeks to a month after and ask if your insurance took care of the bill or if you need to set up a payment plan. This way you stay in good standing with MPFC.

I felt like the physician didn't really listen to me and was more money hungry than anything. Asking me to repeat unnecessary tests when I have a literal history of the issue going back as far as 2014. Felt like she was pushing the new "hot" RX out there because they get a kick back from it (don't deny it, they do. I worked in a clinic. They don't have drug reps bringing lunch for nothing.) Popular does not equate good. There are literally not enough studies on it (she said so herself) so why would you consider prescribing it to a patient...Front desk check in/out were friendly on my visit. However calling is a whole other ball game. Raelyn, Rylyn, some kind of LYN/LYNN works front desk and she seems to have a tone every time I've called and again - doesn't listen. I have the information you need if you would SLOW DOWN and LISTEN. Busy practice or not. People want and need to be heard, but we don't want to have to repeat ourselves.I had a follow up call with a "management" person, but when I reached out in return I got nothing. My establishing care appointment (30 minutes) cost me just under $400. Insanity. My more specialized doctors don't even charge that!

Very true to their patients needs and vulnerabilities .Truly a testament to the way. they treat people and each other. I have never had a problem with anyone at Medical Park Family Care, and I hve been going there for over 25 years.

Do not go to medical park. I've had issues here in the past and I think maybe I've been too forgiving but this last experience really took the cake. I wasn't even seen by the doctor until almost an hour and a half after my appointment time and the nurse informed me that this is standard for their practice and gave me the names of a few other doctors that "can stick to their schedule". the nurse also outright stated that the appointments are scheduled for 15-30 minutes but he "never gets the doc out of there in under 40 minutes". Then when the doctor finally arrived he talked about random things and wasted more time. Then he had the audacity to require a chaperone in the room despite me saying I'd prefer not to have a stranger in the room for this very intimate exam of my rear end. He said it was for His Own Comfort. Ive had chaperones before so I said fine, figuring she'd come in, introduce herself, and simply be in the room during the exam and then leave. Nope. She came in, didn't say a word, and then he preceded to tell her why I was there and she witnessed the whole example. This stranger, who could have been a random office lady and not a medical professional at all for all I know, has now seen it all and knows private medical information about me. I left that Office feeling violated and annoyed. After being there for almost 2 hours I got maybe 10 minutes of relevant conversation with the doctor (I say relevant because he also talked about a bunch of random stuff including information about another patient) and a 2 minute exam. I will never go back.

I have been a patient of Medical Park Family Care for over 35 years. I have always been very happy with my treatment regardless of which provider I saw. I’ve always been treated with respect and everyone is always very kind.

Dr Montesano didnt do anything to help me. Tried to talk to him about my problems and he would just tell me I'm young, healthy, and to not get fat. I was severely underweight at the time
