“Anchorage needs about 10 more shops like this!This is a place to shop for local, "Alaska-stuff" for...people that already live in Alaska. Or, alternatively, a great place to take your visiting friends that are more into local culture/flavor that paying someone hundreds of dollars to walk on a glacier and take cheesy photos. (that will inevitably end up on Tinder)This place mainly features local graphic design on all sorts of things, but mainly cozy apparel.If you've seen that famous graphic of two ravens on a dumpster with a reference to Spenard: it came from here!They also have hoodie with the coolest-looking Flattop render on them I have ever seen!They also carry Uncle Leroy's coffee! (RIP, physical locations *sadface*)My only complaint: I wish there even MORE local art designs. What they have is great, just needs more variety!”

“I agree with fellow elite Yelper: Joy. This Old Navy is the for the kids...and men. The women's section is still pretty non-existent. Employees are a hit or miss. My last visit, I was up to my ears in toddler clothes and didn't notice the carts when we first walked in. An employee kindly went to retrieve one for me. I thought that was nice. But these experiences are far and few between. I am always able to find quality items for my spouse, pre-teen(s), and toddler, so that would be the sole reason I've given this Old Navy location, the rating I have.”

“Local art and wearable/useful souvenirs all in one! Give this place a visit on your downtown shopping trip. Shirts and sweatshirts are soft and good quality and the illustrations are cool and locally inspired. They also have stickers and some household items featuring the artist's designs”
“This store is AMAZING ? I was looking for Coraline stuff and when one of the employees noticed they showed me where the Coraline Items where and they gave me a Coraline blanket that hadn't even come out yet!”

“I had the absolute best experience at this store. The nice manager I believe it was Brittany was the absolute greatest salesman. Literally went above and beyond to help find what I wanted, in her capacity to make sure I was satisfied. The only thing that maybe was off the tension you could feel from the other associate who was staring at us the entire time. Customer service is a harder job than most think but when your coworkers sabatoge you it's gotta be even more difficult. Hopefully this is something the coworker can fix cause this new manager made me a customer for life as long as she is working, I will come back again. But please please folks get along with each other your toxic work à affects the customers.”
“Was in a pinch and needed some extra luggage. Eddie Bauer is a long time favorite outfitter of mine. I can always depend on Eddie Bauer products for quality, performance, style, and value. Found this location to have a wider selection and was larger than many other Eddie Bauer stores back in the lower states. Was able to find exactly what I needed.”
“This Footlocker is conveniently located on the 1st floor of the 5th Ave Mall. Workers are always friendly and helpful. Clothing sales and shoe options rotate frequently. We are able to find our sizes more than half the time we visit. Recently, due to not having a size we needed for an exchange, we had to request a refund. Luckily, it was quick and easy.”

“A very nice store. The clerk (owner?) was polite and attentive - and not pushy at all. Great for very unique and affordable necklaces and rings, pendants etc - outside of their many other cultural items... I bought two ankhs; one large and one small (and nicely detailed), along with a 24" chain - which was suggested to me. 10/10 if you're looking for something DIFFERENT; highly recommended by me! ?”

“My boyfriend and I went in to get a tux for a wedding we are going to in January. Kobe helped us and he was great. I was stressed about it because neither of us have ever done it before. Kobe was super chill, it was fast, he made the whole experience super easy. It took less than 30 min start to finish. He did everything all I did was give him the group number, phone # and email and my boyfriend stood there got measured and tried everything on. Super easy, super fast.”
