Lack of basic maintenance during the winter has made it impossible for us to access our belongings in this storage unit. Huge ice formations in the base and sides of the door make it impossible to get in even with the use of ice, shovels, and other tools. There has been multiple occasions when I have tried to get to my belongingsand it has been impossible. Do not use this storage company.Cannot explain why would it be closed on Saturday or Sunday like that’s when I would like to get my stuff since I work until late hours in week days.

Great prices, specials \\u0026 customer service! I had a storage unit within 30 minutes, including browsing a few units. Donna was very kind and helpful! I left my credit card there on accident and she was there 40 minutes after closing so that i could get it back ? Thank you!

No customer service. I went by to look at unit during posted business hours and couldn't get in. I tried calling no answer. A customer let me in gate but when tried talk to someone in office was told I had to call and make an appointment!!! I explained I been calling but no answer or voicemail but the gals in the office would not help me. Not surprising because looked like they are busy running a daycare out of office! If can't get help to rent a unit, how would get help with billing or issues???

Couldn't reach by phone so drove across town during very limited posted hours. Sign said open but couldn't get in until customer let me In Gate. Opened office door appears as if they running a daycare out of office. Gals there told me to call. I said I have been calling, no answer! I just tried calling again from my car! Told me to call and get appointment!!?? I think they must be going out of business, beware before storing valuables here!!!
