The customer service from the cashier was horrendous, the worst I've ever experienced. She coldly told us, "Please sit down." Then, upon checkout, they glared at us unpleasantly. Considering the food was just mediocre, it's baffling how they have the audacity to be so unwelcoming.

Miso sushi does not have as fancy of an atmosphere as you can find at other local sushi establishments. However the food is five star across the board! The spicy tuna is immaculate. The sashimi is fresh, they have a huge variety and the quality is always above par.

I ordered the Spicy seafood soup all I got was 1 piece of squid and 2 mussels. Rest was vegetable and the broth tasted like it was the instant ramen soup base. The bento box chicken katsu was small portion for the price and I got no Wasabi for my rolls. Their food quality is definitely going down.

I would like to give the restaurant a better rating. If it was just a matter of the food then 4 stars would be no problem. The food was good and tasty. The service was terrible and it may just be due to an unstaffed kitchen. An hours wait for a meal has to have a really, really good quality to over look the wait. A wait that long just took the fun out of the meal.

The customer service from the cashier was terrible! The worst I have ever received! I came and asked for the food I ordered online. She stated,” take a seat”. There was no where to sit. Moments later she the food is done. She had the worst attitude. The food was okay but the overall experience makes me not want to return!

I absolutely LOVE the Volcano Roll lol the rest of their good is really good too. I especially love how they serve/treat my kiddos too, it's a big motivator to come here!

Me and my partner love this place, it's always been a great time with great food. The only issues we've ever encountered is sometimes it takes a minute to get your food once you've ordered, even if it's not busy. That being said, I don't think it's a big deal and there are so many positive things to say about this restaurant. The prices are great as well, it seems like we always get tons of food and the price is usually between 35-55$. Tonight when we went in, our waitress was very nice, very attentive and helpful. I noticed as people came in one of the waitresses let a customer know how beautiful she looked (she was dressed up because it's new years and did look amazing!) But I just thought that it was very kind of her. The music they play is fantastic, which I don't think I've ever said about a restaurant before. Even when i have ordered for take out, its been great. They take care to ensure your food will be just as good when you eat it, as it was when it was made. All in all, I've enjoyed every meal I've had so far and will continue to do so! 10/10 would recommend!

I think this is a Grubhub issue and not a Miso issue, but I want Miso to be aware. I ordered dinner tonight and it never arrived. I reordered and it didn’t arrive the second time enter. One of the dinners was for our 2 year old. Pretty sure the Grubhub drivers took off with our orders. All our neighbors confirmed it wasn’t delivered to the wrong place. Pretty disappointing after a long week of work, twin babies, toddler and general busy-ness. Probably won’t use Grubhub ever again.

The old waitress barely looked at us, never checked on us? Threw the forks on the table when we ask for them. Didn't ask if we wanted drinks. We had to get up & go ask for drinks because she didn't ask if we needed anything more. People arrived after us got their food first. Prejudice? Its so sad, the food is so good, the service sucked! Do better!

This is my favorite sushi spot in town. I love it, I get take out and dine in here regularly. Food quality is great, flavor profiles don't disappoint at all. My favorites are Denali, Chrystal and Snow White but I've never been let down. Plus their spicy edamame is great and any of their platters
