Swore they gave us an estimate beforehand but despite our persistent asking at multiple points during the process, they never did. We had a surprise nearly $2000 car repair, twice as much as we were expecting. More than we can afford but we don’t have a lot of options since the work was done before we could approve the price.

I took my vehicle there to get radiator replaced. Once I took it to the body shop for repair they opened hood. Told me the radiator was broken. Appeared someone tried to glue the broken part. Contacted Jim at Moore & sons. He repeatedly said he would send someone to look at. That never happened. Now I have to pay for another radiator ?

Had a tire changeover for a tire I bought myself and this was recommended as a place that would complete the service. They did, eventually, but seemed utterly confused when I gave them my insurance claim information, and ended up charging me instead. They were pretty rude about it too. Tire works for now though I guess

The Best!
I’ve been taking my personal and business vehicles - & referring friends and family to Moore’s for a couple decades now! Honesty is paramount when dealing with mechanics working on today’s vehicles and the lack of customer knowledge is more significant than ever. Jim and Jeff have always been able to get my rig in the shop, diagnose it and give me a fair estimate for the fix.
You can pay a little less but you’re gonna end up paying more in the end when you end up at Moore’s for a real fix!
