“Madison is outstanding! I faced a very challenging purchase in interior Alaska and a 1031 exchange. Throughout, she remained professional and composed. She also secured the best mortgage rates without any hassle. I highly recommend this company and Madison. In Alaska, there’s no better choice for mortgages!”

“Terry has been great. Quick to respond, works with his wife, so he had a secondary assistant whenever he wasn't availible(which was rare). With the house I picked, we ended up booking it within hours of it being discovered. If I move again, I'll definitely be working with Terry Again”

“Finance of America definitely has the easiest process that I have ever been through for a refinance. They made it so easy by having everything online and also even better, they brought the closing docs to my place of business for me to sign making every step just so easy.Lastly, they saved me $3,500.00 in fees that other lenders were trying to charge me. Thanks”

“I worked with Dao and Vanessa primarily. Both ladies were exactly what every buyer hopes to experience going through this process. Every step of the way, Dao and Vanessa kept me a part of the process. Every time I needed to take actions they’d remind without ever seeming pushy, if something was for my information only, they’d explain it plainly. I could reach out at any time of day, any day of the week, and I could get through by the second ring. Dao is as professional as she is friendly, and Vanessa is as knowledgeable as she is reassuring. I wouldn’t change a thing about my experience. Thank you, Ladies!”

“Everyone at Raven Mortgage was amazing to work with, but especially Michael! As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were doing, but Michael took the time to walk us through everything, patiently answered all of our questions, and even came to the final signing with us! Hopefully we don't need to do this process again anytime soon, but we would definitely go with Raven again!”
