Worst service I have ever had. Told first come first served. I was the first person for an alignment and never got it done. Was told that he had tickets before me. Got charged more to have my tires changed than it would cost for an alignment. $180.80 for tire change and it only costs $155.00 for an alignment. Waited all day from 7:45a.m. to 5:00p.m. just to find out that only my tires got changed. Thanks for nothing!!!!!! The next day they called me 4 times in a row when I was in a cancer treatment for my girlfriend so I had to block there number. Lived in anchorage for 40+ years and will never go back there. If I didn't have to deal with my girlfriend's cancer treatment I would sue them.Service: Tires

Walked in closer to 4:15pm to purchase new tires and hopeful they could squeeze me in before 6pm close. Sent the girlfriend a "on my way home" text at 5:31pm. Back to back visits for new tires and have been back on the road within 90 minutes. Excellent service.

Muffler City, their also a great tire shop! Recently on my evening commute home to the valley, I had low tire emerg on 3 of my tires. Located on 5 and A st, downtown, they took my car in with no appt and Took care of my tires to make sure I got safely back on the road. Thank you Muffler City for being more than a Muffler shop.Cyndi

I just went in to get my splash guard tacked back up. I’ve had issues with it in the past and other places I’ve taken it have either just put a “band-aid” on the situation, completely dismissed me, or charged an arm and a leg. Jason was fast, professional, and informative. He even let me come see what was going on and showed exactly what he fixed. Not to mention the price was absolutely reasonable! I’ll be bringing my vehicle here from now on!
