This place is way better for your uniform needs than the tailor shop at the base exchange. Pretty similar turnaround time, but way cheaper for the same quality of work.

I had just received an outfit in the mail the day before an event I was supposed to attend, and the outfit was wrinkled and had some marks on it. I went to them and asked if they could clean it and have it ready by the next day (mind you, other laundry places told me the laundry turn around rate was at minimum 5 days) the lady at the counter was very polite but was bit hesitant. So I said please I will pay more if I have to and she no we don't do that here. She said don't worry, I will have your outfit ready by 2pm tomorrow. And sure enough she did!!!! I am beyond grateful for their services and for the help the provided! My outfit was ready, clean, and pressed I couldn't have asked for anything more.Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I'm am doing my best to not right this post out of anger. A pair of joggers had a small stain after cleaning. Instead of calling and asking if I had time to have them re-cleaned, they waited until I was there to pick them up. I can understand that being busy, but I clearly told them no crease in anything and was even also asked if I wanted creasing before I left, I clearly stated no crease. Everything came back creased even cargo shorts.

Lost a pair of my husbands Pants and claimed they never had them as well as shrunk a very expensive dress. We used them for several months with minor issues such as poorly pressed shirt collars and wrinkled clothing but decided it was worth making the drive elsewhere after the dress and the lost pants. I don’t invest in nice clothing to have my dry cleaner destroy and loose my items.

It's a no for me. I should have went to the one I went to before on boniface! I dropped off my uniform to get my ASU's to get cleaned and get my top taken in and EVERYTHING that was on my previous jacket sewed on to my NEW jacket. When I picked it up, I let the lady know that SHE forgot to sew on my service stripe and I was charged EXTRA for it. Why are you charging me because YOU forgot something? And when I had an NCO check my uniform she saw a spot on my sleeve, it was really light, but still. And it was lint on it. I'll pass on this place from now on.

Don't go here. I took a sleeping bag there yesterday to get washed, not dry cleaned. I was told they do both. Upon picking the bag up today I was told that it would be $30. That's $30 for a dry clean I specifically told them I did not want. The place is dishonest. I told the counter person that I planned to let people know about their dishonesty and that I would never do business with them again. So- there you go. By the way, I'm not usually the complaining type and never reviewed a business before.

I love this place. It's a hard working Chinese family (mom, pop, son, and daughter) that owns and runs this alterations and cleaners. The prices are reasonable for Anchorage (Alaska is expensive). I get my uniforms and blankets dry cleaned here. $10 for the uniforms and $30 for king size down comforter. They also offer express services. I've also gotten a few things altered here and they do a great job. Super fast too! Bring all your alterations and dry cleaning to Muldoon Cleaners

This place gets away with it cause they're like the only game in town. If you've been stationed at Ft. Bragg, you know that you shouldn't be paying $30 for 5 name tapes, because there is a lot of competition in Fayetteville. Well, not in Anchorage. The lady who runs the place is borderline rude. She's all business, and does not smile. She should be smiling though, because she's taking all of your money. The cost to make a name tape can't be more than a nickel, so she's making an exponential profit on we service members. Like I said, there aren't many options. Try ordering online if you have enough time. I don't know anything about her dry cleaning business.
