They didn’t tell me what i needed to know at the outset. They told me, after much prying for information that i had to return everything. The mask they gave me never stayed on more than five minutes!!! I even asked them for a different style madk. Im very angry.

From the looks of these reviews, I’m not alone. Complete SCAM!!! Do not go to this Biz or give them any of your payment information!! I can’t even believe that this place is in Business!!!

Patricia went up and beyond to help me get oxygen for my dad as we traveled out of state. They even delivered to our RV rental site on a Saturday morning. I would highly recommend!

These folks have been taking care of my CPAP needs for almost 10 years. Always easy to get supplies. Today several people jumped through hoops to help me out with a problem with my machine - great service.

No one answers the phone other than the billing department. To order supplies you have to leave a voicemail with your info for the sales department. I did … weeks ago! Never got confirmation. Never got supplies. Today I leave another voicemail, then decided I needed to speak with someone. I’ve called both sales and customer service lines repeatedly today with no answer. So, I called Peak Medical Equipment and got an answer right away. I’m taking my script and my insurance money there instead. I recommend anyone looking for a cpap supplier, look them up, don’t invite the frustration of Northwest Medical into your life.

Despite making money off their customers hand over fist, they treat us horribly. Unfortunately our lives depend on this equipment and it's the only game in town. They certainly can afford to pay employees more or hire more people. Just terrible customer service and totally frustrating.

Have been receiving my CPAP parts here for 15 years. They have always been very helpful and very professional. I was in there today and talked to Debbie and she was very helpful in explaining how to replace a CPAP machine that I have lost at an international airport. she was very professional and explaining how and what to do to replace that loss CPAP machine.

Extremely rude customer service on multiple encounters over several months. Now I am trying to pay off the remainder off my CPAP machine, which I haven't used in months due to the unability to find a mask that works for me and I am not getting a clear response to how much I owe. Nor was I ever given in writing a contract or ANY prices.

Called, rude lady on phone said-“ha ha honey we need more than just a prescription we need you demographics” drove everything straight over to them, made photocopies of insurance ect asked do you need anything else- “NO” was the answer. I dropped that off on December 21, 2022 10:44 AmCalled left message 4 separate times never got one call back. I went in today, it took over 30 minutes for the wandering rude lady comes over to tell me I didn’t have everything!!!! It is 01/02/23 not one person bothered to call me at any point. They were rude from the beginning! DO NOT RELY ON THEM TO GET YOUR MEDICAL ANYTHING- very unreliable. If I could give less than one star I would. I do not know how they stay in business.

I'm not sure about other people's experiences here, but I can say that my experience was exceptional, and that Tori (sorry if I have the name wrong) was a rock star! I'll spare the specific details, but suffice it to say that I found out that I no longer had a power supply for my CPAP literally hours before I was to embark on a cruise in Seward. Tori was able to sell me one over the phone for far less than I was expecting to pay and then went above and beyond my wildest expectations to make sure that the power supply made it to my tour operator by 1 pm so they could get it to the cruise ship by 5pm. Words cannot express how relieved I was to see a power supply in my cabin before we left the dock in Seward. Tori managed to save my vacation (and probably the vacations of everyone around me as well).

NW Medical supplies is one of the absolute worse businesses I have ever dealt with.. !!The turned me into collections due to a mix up between sleep studies. NW medical wanted me to return the c pap machine. I was told by my Doctor not to return it, I even had a Doctors order stating that I was not to return the machine due to me having lost a quarter of my heart muscle and my life would be at risk. The company did not care and turned me in anyway which damaged my credit. And to top it off, once the issues with the sleep study were corrected, NW Medical got paid from Medicare/Medicade for the machine. That is unacceptable and is double dipping. No wonder they have such a low rating.

My uncle flew in for a bucket list trip to Alaska and found that he was missing a piece of his CPAP machine when he arrived. He called ahead and asked for the part, and we drove straight there when he arrived. The ladies in the office not only knew about the piece but also had it waiting for him with a note that only said "for the gentleman from out of state" because they didn't get his name on the phone. They were both very sweet and when he asked how much he owed, they told him "nothing". He insisted on leaving something (it was just a small connector piece, not major parts like the mask or hose) they told him it was not necessary. He left them a $10 bill and told them to get themselves some coffee...we were in and out in under 5 minutes, which was perfect since they had just gotten off of a long flight and just wanted to get back to the hotel and rest. I will definitely go here again!

I cannot think of any company where I have had worse service. Yes please leave a message but we won't ever call you back. And we will pretend to know what we're doing but basically we have no clue.....

Northwest Medical never returns phone calls after leaving multiple messages over several months to update them on change in insurance and that I am going to be getting my CPAP supplies from my Sleep Doctor’s office because they actually have technicians who respond to phone messages and are available if there are questions and/or changes that need to be addressed. The worse part is that, after several months of trying to get a live person on the phone when I called or even to receive a phone back after leaving multiple messages, I received a bill charging me for the full rental price, as if I didn’t have insurance. I was finally able to get a live person, from the number on the billing statement. I was treated rudely being informed that it was my responsibility to call and update them regarding changes to insurance. I informed the representative that I had called multiple times and left messages, but received no calls back. I also informed her that it was their responsibility to return phone calls when messages are left. The representative continued to be rude and abrupt with me. She also told me that I was going to be sent to collections because of not making any payments on my account. I informed her that I only received one bill, which is the one I received that has allowed for me to actually talk with a real person. I ended up paying the copays that I was not previously aware of needing to be paid. Since that phone call, I have not received any updated bills regarding my account. I also questioned the addresses which were different on the billing statement. The address of the company is in one state and the bill payments are sent to a different state. She stated that the information was accurate, which is concerning to me because of how they never return called from customers who leave messages.I am glad that I have switched to my provider for my supplies and monitoring the information from my CPAP to make adjustments, etc. I just wish I could change where I receive my CPAP from, but due to the CPAP recent shortage, my provider said it would be best to continue to have it through Northwest Medical, it as soon as I can get a CPAP through my provider I am immediately changing. As several other have posted, I would give them a negative star if I could.
