It was a pleasant experience for the most part. An employee immediately offered help finding what I needed when I went in. However... on my way out... one of the employees threatened me by accusing me of being a bomber? And it scared me right out of the store. I'm not really sure this is a good location to go back to...

Kristy B. at the print counter was AMAZING! I walked in , she was the only one working, helping 5 different customers simultaneously! All with attention to detail, kindness and professionalism. She helped me place my order online. Since she was so busy I said I could pick up the next day. She called me a few hours later and said my entire order was ready. I will be going here everytime, from now on. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

GREETED UPON ENTERING STORE, STAFF ASSISTED IN LOCATING ITEMS, THEN LEFT ALONE (AS WE REQUESTED) SO WE COULD "IMPULSE" SHOP. FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, CHECKOUT PERSON WAS GREAT TOO. WOULD SUGGEST SHOPPING THIS STORE. WE WILL GO AGAIN.

Don't go in there looking a lil scattered or stressed cuz they will probably stalk u like your gonna steal. I have tested this theory on several different occasions. Dress scruffy get stalked. Dress nice and official and get treated with the utmost respect and trust. It's sad to judge one by they're clothes and appearance. Not everyone has the luxury of being able to afford fancy clothes and the time to get dressed up.
