It was a short trip for a planner, and I found some kcups needed, as well as batteries, and then came across a nice planner. Markus, the sales manager, was super nice and used a black Friday coupon, in addition to offering me a bottle of water! Great customer service. Thank you!

Today staff was sitting in parking lot until 1020 then ran inside locked the door and put a sign up stating they were closed till 12 pm and laughed about it as ten people waited. Very poor management at this store.
