“Called randomly when I had a day off work to get an oil change. They told me they weren't busy for a little bit so I hurried over. They were already using the oil that I was going to request so that was a plus. Their staff was courteous and very informative, maybe too much but that's not a bad thing at all. They do all work in front of you as well and take pictures along the way and send you a detail report of everything about your vehicle to have for your records. I will be taking our other vehicles there in the future as well”
“These people are super honest, not out to make a quick buck, but will tell you what is actually wrong with your car. It's a little hard to get a hold of them, but once you do, it is so worth it.”
“The customer service that I received from the staff here was top-notch! Each staff member that I interacted with was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Other business should take a page from your customer services deliverables. As a customer I can choose where I want to spend my money for the services I need. The staff made me feel like my business was appreciated and not needed, which I think is a feeling that we all want to feel when we walk to any establishment where we spend our hard earned money. “For the first time I tried Jiffy Lube on Dimond.(I had made an appointment for an oil change at the Chevy Dealership on E 5th and showed up only to be told they were swamped and I’d have to leave my vehicle!) So I called Jiffy on Dimond and they said come on in and I could wait while they serviced my vehicle! When I arrived they checked me in and said I could wait in their waiting room or run across the parking lot and do my shopping at Costco, which I did! By the time I came back, my vehicle was ready! The walked me to my vehicle and showed/ went over what they did! The dealerships NEVER did that.
Another nice touch of their service: cleaned the windshield and vacuumed the drivers side floor mat! Customer Service above and beyond! Their service pricing was way better than at the Dealership too!
The following week after my oil change I came back to Jiffy to do a Tire Service for my vehicle? Again, in and out quickly.
They now have a “New” Loyal Customer!”

“Love that place!! Did you know they change out headlights? Even the hard kind like up in the wheelwell. Bring your own bulb though. Very nice people work there. (The one at Dimond Mall) Always smiling. And they are more reasonable than the dealership!”
“Above and beyond just an oil change. These guys saved my @$$! Though I just had a leaky hose turns our they found a crack in my radiator AND my exhaust manifold!! Honestly life savers this crew!! A lot has changed as far as staff goes, and definitely for the better!”

“The service techs were outstanding they walked me through everything I asked about and were very professional, kind and super fast. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I definitely will go back there for service. I would recommend this place to everyone. I don’t think I have ever had a better experience ANYWHERE!”
