“The customer service that I received from the staff here was top-notch! Each staff member that I interacted with was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Other business should take a page from your customer services deliverables. As a customer I can choose where I want to spend my money for the services I need. The staff made me feel like my business was appreciated and not needed, which I think is a feeling that we all want to feel when we walk to any establishment where we spend our hard earned money. Big thanks to all the workers at this location. I will definitely be back so you all can service my vehicles.”
“For the first time I tried Jiffy Lube on Dimond.(I had made an appointment for an oil change at the Chevy Dealership on E 5th and showed up only to be told they were swamped and I’d have to leave my vehicle!) So I called Jiffy on Dimond and they said come on in and I could wait while they serviced my vehicle! When I arrived they checked me in and said I could wait in their waiting room or run across the parking lot and do my shopping at Costco, which I did! By the time I came back, my vehicle was ready! The walked me to my vehicle and showed/ went over what they did! The dealerships NEVER did that.
Another nice touch of their service: cleaned the windshield and vacuumed the drivers side floor mat! Customer Service above and beyond! Their service pricing was way better than at the Dealership too!
The following week after my oil change I came back to Jiffy to do a Tire Service for my vehicle? Again, in and out quickly.
They now have a “New” Loyal Customer!”

“I’ve gone to Xpress Lube a few different times. The first time I went was for an oil change. They got me in super fast, changed my oil, and got me out of there. Today I went in because I had a flat tire. They patched up my tire and changed it out in less than 20 minutes. They’re usually super quick, and they price things reasonably. Definitely my go-to if I have a problem that I need fixed urgently. It is on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you show up at a busy time, you might have to wait a little bit.”

“The service techs were outstanding they walked me through everything I asked about and were very professional, kind and super fast. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I definitely will go back there for service. I would recommend this place to everyone. I don’t think I have ever had a better experience ANYWHERE!”
