Not like it use to be, the clothes don't fit right, their style is so outdated

It's been years since I bothered with this location, so I figured it warranted a re-visit. Someone must have heard my complaint, because the women's section has been vastly expanded to the point it has over-taken men's. Now the men's section barely exists. What a flip flop. It's still disorganized, but the current staff is more helpful, to the point where it's a little annoying. It would help if they had zones, maybe? I am an introvert and I really don't like constantly being asked if I need help- I appreciate having help available and staff who can tell the difference between someone who is browsing and someone who is lost and needs help. In general, I still have a huge problem with ON's lack of clothes for larger people. Most of American women are between size 8 and 22, yet their sizing focuses on smaller people and most stops at XL, and maxes out at 20. And it's sized WEIRD. And much if their clothes is no longer affordable. When ON was launched several decades ago, their clothes were basic and affordable- now they're trying to be Gap. Which is stupid. We already have enough to trendy stores. Know your market, morons!

The assistant manager on shift 3/4 at 12:30 was super rude and unprofessional. The alarm went off when I walked out, she stopped me and took my bag to the front counter. None of my items had security tags on them .. she looks at me and says “oh it must be your gap bag” looks like we did “our job” WOW. Someone please send her back to training!

I agree with fellow elite Yelper: Joy. This Old Navy is the for the kids...and men. The women's section is still pretty non-existent. Employees are a hit or miss. My last visit, I was up to my ears in toddler clothes and didn't notice the carts when we first walked in. An employee kindly went to retrieve one for me. I thought that was nice. But these experiences are far and few between. I am always able to find quality items for my spouse, pre-teen(s), and toddler, so that would be the sole reason I've given this Old Navy location, the rating I have.

Wow, so much stuff. Only downside, maternity is non existent. Really wish they had more options for ladies and expecting moms, but the kids section was vast and fully stocked.

Good store for shopping for the grandkids. Haven't shopped there since my children were young. Store has been there, seemingly forever, at the mall. A fixture at the mall.

Old Navy has some good prices when sales are going on. I would prefer less gender neutral apparel in the inventory and a greater variety of merchandise beyond fleece and jeans for men. I would buy more it clothes had more style.

It was nice to see the store have bigger sizes for women...that was a huge hold up for me shopping there. The line was long to checkout but the checkout ladies worked fast to get everyone thru...I had a great shopping experience
