Lots of cute stuff but the prices are higher than Walmart. At least for shirts. It was really disappointing considering we drove an hour and a half to get there because we figured they would still be the cheapest option. The staff were great but I won’t go again I don’t think. Not for clothes at least.

I was able to find affordable used soccer cleats for my 3 year old who starts soccer next month! I also got a seat for my baby that was in good condition and way cheaper than buying it at the store new.

I love love love this place as we know kids outgrow clothes so fast this place is a game changer I can Trade in my old clothes and get me some old new clothes lol or I can sale them the things my kids no longer fit and or want and I can get them something else all in one place

They never have what hours they will accept clothes to buy on their website and everytime I go in to sell it's always different hours listed on their doors. It's really inconvenient especially when you have two kids to load into the car and then drive half an hour one way to get there. If you want to sell clothes I recommend just selling them on marketplace.

Weird selling vs buying hours. Hardly give you anything for what you bring in (I know they have to make money but you’d make way better at a garage sale honestly).

The people that worked today, sucked at customer service. The building was very empty. They just spoke to each-other very loudly about non work related things.No greetings were said, or anything in general.Then, when I was checking out, the workers didn’t say anything to me until one of them told me the price of the items I was buying.I work in customer service. Their customer service skills are lacking a lot!!! Makes me uncomfortable to come here again. The young guy that worked here last summer is wayyyy better than the quiet (quiet to customers but loud to their co-workers) staff today. It’s good to love your co-workers, but this is a customer service job. It’s rude to not speak until you tell the customer their price. Nothing was said to me even after I paid. I was super nice! I don’t think I want to come again because of their horrible customer service.UPDATE-the “pull ups” I bought are actually diapers! They tagged the package as pull ups, size 5t. When in reality, they are size 5 diapers.The people they hire have no care for their job and it shows a lot

Great place to get a little cash or in store credit for used or unused kids items but sometimes it's better to just sell on marketplace or have a garage sale in all honesty. Especially if you're strapped for cash or trying to come up. Opting for in store credit in exchange for your items is a little bit better of a deal as the actual dollar amount you get per item is low considering how much you most likely originally paid for it, but they're a business, I get it. Got to make a profit. When it comes to buying items, sometimes their pricing is all over the place. Really good deals on some brands and items, but also has some prices higher than buying the sold item brand new.

I love Once Upon a child. We have been regular customers there for I think over ten years. The selection and prices are perfect for my family. The ability to trade in items we no longer use and get items we will with credit is a blessing! My kids dress better than me and for a lot less money. I can always find what I need there. Plus the Staff is Amazing!!! Thank you all!
