I bought a Super Siphon by FLOTOOL, because it was the only Siphon they had. It has a tiny 1.8 mm flimsy tube. The tube had such a strong curved memory and it was so small it would not stay in the fuel to siphon anything. I tried to take the defective tool back with my receipt and he said because it was opened they couldn’t give me a refund. I am not shopping at this place anymore.

Called to order spark plugs, guy said they would be there same day, great. Came in 2 days later, was told they don’t order without prepayment, my parts were never ordered. Guy never asked for my name or payment, just said he would have them. Now they can’t get them. Another lost sale and customer.

Lawrence help me come up with coils spark plug advice as well as excellent service. Him and the team, basically give me perfect customer service every time I get up to the desk. I'm pretty much always happy when I see his face. The hospitality, customer service is really helpful. He even remembers my project when I come in the next day asking for extra parts or pieces. In this particular episode, Lawrence helped me diagnose a ignition coil and spark plug. When the mechanic shop attempted to tell me I needed to replace all spark plugs, he clarified, milcodes indicate if multiple misfires or single misfire. When the mechanic advises incorrectly, he clarifies when the mechanic advises incorrectly, he clarifies. Help me get the project on the way I want to get it done.

Absolutely the worst customer service at O'RILEYS I've ever had(Northern Lights location, across from barnes and nobel book store). I've been going to o'rileys for 20+ years and never been spoken down to in such a negative way when I'm simply asking questions about my vehicle. Then I asked the guy a simple air intake diagnostic question that i helieve he knew the answer to, but instead I get a reply from this guy, who claimed to be the manager, "they dont pay me to be a mechanic." If they didn't wanna help customers out with car parts why did they even apply?!?!?! They should get jobs where the don't have to work with people, straight up. I'll travel to the Debarr location near Costco from now on....even when they are jammed packed busy at the debarr location they actually try to help.....not the northern lights location, and when I went there, they were not busy.....pathetic and a disgrace.....

Prices are outrages because of theft so Shawn the manager tries to screw the customers in order to get his bonus. Commercial department is depressed that explains why they have lost pro accounts. Always harassing others so he can turn that frown upside down. This place is everything but professional. If you like tweakers than this the place.

This Oreillys has made a 360• turn around. Shawn and his employees are ALWAYS going above and beyond. Please don’t let the negative employee who’s bad mouthing his ex job because of his mistakes make you avoid coming here. Shawn is an amazing manager I wish we had more of him. Thank you all for ALWAYS being helpful

Went there to test my battery. The lady turned down something on the tester and said my battery was good. Went to autozone for a second opinion and it was a bad battery.

I was in there yesterday for some vacuum lines and two things happened; a gentleman named Joeseph, who works there, gave me the best service I have ever received in an auto parts store and even came out to my truck to make sure everything was top-notch. Without a doubt, a gem of an employee. Unfortunately, though, while I waiting for Joeseph to get the part from the back, another employee there, we’ll call him “the really big guy who works there”, continued talking to me like I was a shoplifter and was following me around and making me feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome. Why he decided I was a threat, I could not tell you other than I’m overdue for a haircut, but I can tell you, it made me never want to return to that store. Your business will do fine without my money, but I doubt I’m the only one that gentleman has offended. Overall, you still get five stars because I will forget about the offense by tomorrow but I’ll always remember how helpful Joeseph was.

Very well stocked, even the wasilla location is well stocked, friendly staff, down to earth, some parts are more expensive than others, and most parts are cheaper and actually avaliable. Sometimes it's worth paying a little more for a 98% good chance that you will find and get your part on the spot

I am impressed ?? with service and having the parts I need to get the job done ?. It really makes ea difference when you can find what you need and be able to do the work for yourself and miss the high priced shop's and save money ? on small jobs. Thanks for being there and having what I need ?
