I went in to O’Reilly’s at 1551 Muldoon Road on Thursday, October 31st, with heat blower issues, thinking someone there would be able to plug their computer into my car and tell me why the heater was not working, when I met with an employee, Amanda, whom I shared my sad story of driving that morning with all my windows down so I could see, offered her best to help me. It had already been a long day for me and really I just wanted to get home and crawl into my warm bed, but when I seen and felt this young lady’s determination to help me figure it out, I said ok let’s figure it out. Amanda’s manager, Brandon also came out to help. I honestly feel like these 2 awesome employees went above and beyond to make sure I had heat when I left there, and I did. It turned out my heater fuse was burnt out, and it just so happened they had one in stock. Thank you so very much Amanda and Brandon, you guys rock!

Easily one of the best parts stores in town. Lines are always short, good parts stock and availability, competent staff, welcoming service. Basically all you can ask for.

I learned far more by watching youtube on my computer regarding the surprisingly simple process involved with changing a headlight bulb DYI. Having asked the (older) gentleman at the front counter if this store installs headlight replacement bulbs, the explanation (for the answer of no) which followed while outside looking under the hood of my car, was quite blatantly ill-informed, especially regarding the labor involved. O'Reilly Auto Parts is just that. A store for auto parts. Having been disappointed with the service here before, my advice to others is not to set expectations too high as far as knowledgeable advice goes, because for the most part, it's a general hit or miss here, and rightly so I suppose.

They suck especially the one on Northern Lights where I was threatened by one of the clerks for trying to help bring to his attention that some of the things that they're selling are admitting parts that are supposed to come with them he was very rude and in my opinion on professional and shouldn't be representing O'Reilly's at all his name is Rick

Muldoon location!! This is the O’Reillys spot for the Eastside of Anchorage! Love the service and knowledge offered from the crew here! Plus! They always have what I am looking for! Whenever I don’t go here, I get upset! Because this is where I end up! Just go here every time don’t be silly! Besides the mothership hub on Dowling you won’t be disappointed here. They got it going on here! Great job team!
