I was having a hard time changing something on my car and went to O’Reillys to ask for help. Joe, the store manager helped me and explained how he was doing it. I am very thankful, and hopefully won’t have to ask for help to change my wipers again haha! Thank you! I would ask for him if you ever need help with anything.

The lady who helped me pick out a battery for my truck was very kind and knowledgeable. I was going to buy a more expensive battery I had chosen online. She told it was a great choice, but for size of my truck it may not be necessary. A less expensive would work out just great on my truck for a long time. She even showed some features I should pay attention to when looking for my truck's batteries. She'd rather helped a poor and clueless man out than making money for her employer. From that time onward, I've been going back to this place every time I need something for my truck and if she's not there I leave...

Joe gave me sound advice & protected me from getting ripped by a nearby chain mechanic. He was extremely helpful, he took his time explaining the issues, and recommended a responsible honest mechanics.

Some parts fit most get returned low stock levels most commonly items out of stock. Only I'd I need fluids or generic items do I shop here. Never major purchases like batteries alternators struts starters or like items. You'll end up waiting diverge wrong part or a faulty reman.

I came here to get my battery and alternator tested to see which one was bad. They came out and ran a diagnostic test and discovered it was my battery that was very low. I purchased a new battery and they helped me put it on without even asking!! Absolutely incredible service by Joe (the manager) and his staff. Customer service is absolutely 5 stars!! All around AWESOME service❤️

I was Stuck at the Oreillys Auto Parts Parking Lot for an evening and a day with three kids and a lost days wages. Because they sold me a faulty Alternator in March and by last week I was being jumped.from.oapce to place. After getting my mechanic involved. They wouldn't test the Warranty swapped Alternator. Both by the way are made by Ultima. That they use in their online tutorials and endorse. My mechanic was taken aback by their reason for not testing the warranty swap. Which caused the ABS to go out. The engine and transmission to struggle forcing us to stay 1/2 hour From Napa closing. We took out the Warranty swap Alternator. Test it. It failed. I had to buy another Alternator. The Ultima Reman failed. I was sold a faulty AlternTor and.got a dud as a swap! Fraud through and through. If not just by Oreillys, definitely willful onUltimas part. My truck runs! I went to get a refund. I went to the cou terminal showing recipts and invoices of this qho saga. Rather than settling it at the counter, in store . The manager took me out side to say he is not giving me a refund. He passed.me off to his bosses. Knowing full well that whY happened was completely wrong. I am broke. I Owe my Mechanic a lot of money, no wages. Stuck in Wilow till Friday. With 3 kids and little to eat.Don't buy Ultima remains, stick t[ the aisles and what ever is behind the counter is serious risk.The only Star I gave were for The Employee's they were great and I valued their service. Theor floor level manager and Corporate get Zero Stars!

I have an older car so I am at O’Reillys frequently. If I go in to buy a 2 dollar bulb or a 200 dollar part . They’re always very helpful very patient. They’re even known to come outside and help you with minor things.

I don't recommend anyone shop at this location. The staff here no longer know what customer service is. I have shopped at this location for many years because its conveniently located right next to Costco. On 4/9, I bought my oil change supplies and also a pair of RainX Advantage blades. The people working that day didn't greet or offer assistance; they preferred to just play on their phones. On my day off which was yesterday 04/12, I did my oil change and attempted to change my wiper blades. One of the blades didn't have all of the hardware included so I went back to the store. This is when it took a turn for the worse; I went to the cashier ( "Alisha" was the name that appeared on the receipt since she had no name tag ) I explained the issue I had and she didn't even acknowledge me, I had to repeat myself twice and ask if she heard me since she didn't provide any eye contact or acknowledgement that I was there. She then accused me of breaking the blade and that was the reason why it didn't work. After that, she said that it was used and she couldn't take it back. I pointed at the receipt and explained again that I literally just purchased this a couple days ago. She then questioned me as to where my original wiper blade was and why didn't I change the blade immediately when I bought it. I continued to repeat myself and ask for the correct attachment. She finally said to go ahead and grab a replacement but most of those wiper blades were not out on the shelves. I asked her to check the back which amazingly, they had several in the back. It looks like their lacking in restocking their sales floor on top of non existent customer service. After this experience, I can't see myself shopping at this store ever again. I work in retail and I know some people can off days and we are all human but this was 100% unacceptable. If any of my associates acted this way, they'd find themselves on their way out the door. Do everyone a favor and retrain your workers on what customer service is and how to provide it.
