Terrible service every time I walk inside the store . I walk inside and nobody says hello or greets you , nobody offers to help you find anything . If you go to the girls and ask a question they respond with an horrible attitude. They all hang out in the back of the store and don’t do their job . Terrible vibes and the worse customer service I have ever received.

I took my daughter in to the store and she found some unbelievable deals: buy one, get 2 free. I had to drag her away, great deals and very friendly staff.

Great Sales! Daughter seems to always pick up finds here and get a sale deal, today light sweaters! Winter Sale Too Bonus! This is a popular store for high School-ish / College Millennials. In summer this place has shorts, flip flops and board gear! Always Fun fashion from Pac Sun. Depending the season it's stylish good clothes at a good price.

Employees were all very rude. I walked by two employees and neither of them spoke to me or asked if I needed help. I wouldn't have bought anything if my daughter hadn't been obsessed with a certain pair of pants .

Bought a pair of adidas as a gift and tried to return them. The shoes were unworn, had original receipt and box. My receipt said I could return them within 60 days of purchase with said condition clearly stated on the back of it. However one of the managers continuously refused saying that they changed the policy and that I should have seen the small sign posted on the register regarding a new 30 day policy. They continued to use old receipt rolls that discussed a 60 day policy leading to my confusion about the time frame. I’m pretty disappointed about their lack of flexibility and customer service.
