Today is a great day because I will never have to call someone in India to place an order for a pizza from a location blocks away from my home. What an aggravation, it felt like a time-share scam. When I call to order a pizza I want to order it and hang up, not spend an exorbitant amount of time telling someone I don’t want anything else, but they keep going on and on trying to up-sale me.Papa Johns, your pizza isn’t that good to start with.I will never order another pizza from you again, and sadly the thought of that makes happy.

It has been a while since we ate from Papa Johns. Not only was the location in my neighborhood, the Pizzas were very good and the delivery driver was very friendly and punctual. We will most definitely order from Papa Johns again, and recommend to Family and Friends. Thanks Papa Johns!

Went to pick up my order and watched employees make pizzas WITHOUT GLOVES. I was so grossed out. I thought they wore gloves. This guy was in the cheese and different meats. I didn't even want my pizza anymore. He was touching everything then wiping his hands on his sides. I'm done. I love their pizza but this is cross contamination at its best. So disgusted. I can't even.

I ordered a single large pizza. Over an hour later, nothing has been delivered, no phone call, no update on my order status. But when I call the store myself, I find out the driver went to the wrong address, canceled my order, never received a call from the driver or store. Manager was very careless about the situation. Very rude service, very upset cause that was dinner for my family and was looked forwards to all day.

Put an order in thru phone call and the guy said it’ll be at my place in 20-30 min. Called back in an hour and said his driver was just about to walk out the door..
