Nasty roaches and mice that infest the entire apartment. It took months before anything was done about it. A bunch of scammers

There is a person who works, and his name is Jacob. He is so professional and friendly, he helped me a lot. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well, and it is a very nice community. If you have any questions, ask Jacob!

In 2 1/2 years at Park Plaza I've experienced rodents in my apartment, insects in my apartment, heroin addicts on my balcony, homeless people sleeping in the hallways and digging through the dumpster, constant water leaks in the hallways and parking garage, mold growth as a result of unremediated water leaks, perpetually out-of-order washers and dryers, a lady on the second floor who runs out onto her balcony to scream incoherently at nothing/nobody, snow buildups in the parking lot because they don't plow soon enough or often enough, and have gotten on a first name basis with emergency dispatchers on account of all the gunshots I've heard. Most of the employees are unhelpful, clueless, and rude, and I saw no signs that they, or Weidner, intend to run Park Plaza as anything other than a slum. Worst 2 1/2 years of my life!

Had two cars stolen from parking lot during my two years at these apartments. Homeless people lived in the parking garage without staffs knowledge for over a year and stole multiple packages left by the post office. You will also be illegally charged for carpet past it's lifespan per Alaska law. They will not provide you with documents on repair fees and instead send them directly to a collection agency. When asked for documents again (multiple times) after being contacted by collections they would not provide them. Absolute crooks.

This apartment building is barely one step above a cardboard box under an overpass. The staff and maintenance crew are clueless and unhelpful, and frequently not around during their supposed office hours. I've had rodents in my apartment because there are gaps in the doors and baseboard heaters that you could squeeze a cat through, there are constant water leaks throughout the building (if you're headed down to the garage, prepare to take a shower on the way for the constantly leaking pipes), mold growing through the drywall or drywall crumbling and falling away because water leaks aren't addressed, half of the washers and dryers don't work at any given time, the grounds are dirty and unkempt, if you're on the 1st-3rd floor then expect to hear every little sound from your upstairs neighbor like a cacophony, and the only interest that management apparently has in making the building better is to make the foyer look nice to try and get more suckers in the door to rent overpriced hovels. I wouldn't recommend this building, or this property management company, if they paid you to rent from them.

This place in nasty, dirty, and smelly. I had bed bugs and it took forever to get handled due to inconsistency in the front office and people not doing their job. Its hard to even catch them when they’re in the office. However the asian girl that monitors it now is very helpful and punctual. I’ve also seen mice run along the hallways and even found one in my apartment. The hallways either smell like marijuana, piss, or old food. But when something is broken they fix it quickly. And the rent is cheap i guess.
