The young man at the front desk was so kind, and such a big help for my wife. It's hard to find quality workers for places like this. Unfortunately, this is evidenced by some of the other employees that work here. My wife has told me that "Jacob," who did her fitting seemed to not care at all about his job, and came off as inattentive and rude. But I give 5 stars for the quality of my wife's machines, the man at the front, and how nice the interior is.

Felt professional and competent from first step in. As a traveler, finding a cpap part available was hugely important. Staff went out of there way to help.

We were visiting from out of town and I completely forgot part of my chapter equment. I went to Peaks to buy the head gear for my mask. They said they couldn't sell me one without a prescription, but they could loan me one free of charge. Who does that anymore. I couldn't believe it. Definitely a place that cares.

They don't want to help you only collect money every month. From both you akd your insurance. I was told one amount for my bill which tripled a month later

They refused to ship me the equipment until I had signed that I had already received it. This is absolutely unacceptable and, for insurance purposes, fraud.

I was visiting Anchorage from Austin, when I discovered I had left my CPAP mask at home. Peak went above and beyond to cut through Insurance red tape and economically get a loaner mask into my hands within an hour. A rare level of customer service and caring. Thanks, Peak!

First time in Anchorage traveling from Oregon, the water chamber of my ResMed Air Sense 10 broke. Peak came to my rescue and provided me a new water chamber. My sister did not have to listen to my snoring. Our vacation was saved. Thank you Peak!

While in the Anchorage area as a tourist, I stopped by Peak Medical as I had not included my short hose for CPAP in my packing, The Peak staff was kind enough to find a hose I could have to get me by while in Alaska for 10 days. I am grateful for the effort and generous gesture so I could have good sleep for those nights.

Peak is excellent at processing auto-pay and terrible at executing auto-supply. Do yourself a favor and pass on this supplier. I have experience with four other medical suppliers and Peak has the worst customer service and execution by a long shot.

I was on vacation and forgot to bring the power cord for my sleep machine. These people went out if their way to get me a new one. If they will treat someone this well that will probably never be a customer Im sure they will take great care of local people.
