Our senior dog had a small emergency and they took her in promptly! Staff were loving on her and really took the time to get to know the situation and her history. They followed up with our Primary Vet so that we could do a follow up appt in a few weeks. Excellent treatment, much appreciated!

They were so helpful when we needed a last minute health certificate for a flight. Everyone was friendly and the tech and the veterinarian both were incredible with my pups. One of my dogs is terrified of the vet but he warmed up to them immediately. I highly recommend this clinic!

Our little dog got hurt by being run over by her big sister! We took her to pet emergency and all we can say is they are awesome, we’ve been there before with another pet, they are very through. The only thing would be the length of the wait. You could be there for several hours, many people go there for their pets and the time spent waiting can rather long.The only thing i wish would be someone would come tell you the updates on your visit! So you are not kept wondering.

My wife puppy polarbear was hurt and needed help. They did a great job with his medical care. We are greatful for the staff and doctor. If your pet/family member need care go see them.

*This review was for Pet Urgent Care on Brayton dr. In Anchorage * NOT Pet ER on Dowling. I guess the two are affiliated and when you leave a review for Pet Urgent care it publishes it under PET ER.I had to pop in here on Saturday morning. My cat had a skin issue that I needed help getting a handle on before our appointment with our regular vet that was still 2 weeks out. My wait was under 15 minutes. The staff from the front desk, to the tech, to the doctor were great. I left with some relief knowing we had a solution that could hold us over and keep my kitty comfortable.

Pet ER crushed it with timeliness, communication and attention to detail when my pet came in for an emergency surgery. This applies to front desk staff, vet techs and veterinarians/surgeons. They took such good care of him and were very sympathetic to my worries/fears. 10/10 would recommend.

Our young male cat was suffering from a urinary blockage. We brought him to the Pet ER around 8:30pm. They were busy but not overwhelmed. The staff was pleasant, kind, attentive and efficient! They took great care of him and were even able to release him earlier than expected! We are very pleased with the treatment he received.

This place is amazing!! They were so caring and they didn’t give up on my baby when he was being a brat. They asked for my help and we got it done together. I will always go here for my urgent care needs. All the staff was super amazing to us.

Both staff and doctors were super helpful, explained things well and accommodated my need to keep costs down on a recent ER visit for my cat. Drove in from Sutton but it was worth the drive.
