“Such a fun store! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a nice variety of dog supplies from treats to leashes, water dishes to toys, coats to collars, and everything in between. This is a great store for all your furry friends!”

“Their pet section is unrivaled in Alaska, they have a great little home goods corner full of high-end kitchen accessories. In the summer I love their plant and garden selection. It seems their houseplant section is expanding too. CHRISTMAS TREES fast, convenient, warm and fun. For Christmas they open an extra barn full of trees and wreaths. Their staff is so helpful- they take the tree to the front for you, give it a fresh cut- which helps it absorb more water once you get it home (they sell stands too) they wrap it neatly in plastic for you and they'll help you load it.”

“Best fish store in Alaska! Super knowledgeable and kind. Fish are all healthy and gorgeous with tons of rare mutations available. Takes like 30 minutes to walk through it all! They need to charge an admission fee ?”

“Always delightful and so delicious (so I’m told😁). I do dog care and whenever one of my charges has a birthday we’re all excited to get an amazing cake from Daisy. Love taking my dogs for a light lunch when we pick our treats up also. Fresh, Alaskan ingredients, welcoming atmosphere for all, and amazing service. Go to this Barkery, and be sure to take your pup(s)!!”

“Fish and other animals are really healthy. Bettas even have their own bubblers and shields. They look really good. They also have drift wood here. Pricing is fair. Quality good. Will return.”

“Slightly high prices there but they do have lots of options in ranging from low too high and the lady who checked me out sat there and helped me figure out a way to pay considerably less amount of money than I was about to and saved me about 40 bucks.”

“This store is so clean and the staff are amazing! I had a free bag of dog food in my rewards bank and didn’t even know it, the staff was kind enough to point it out to me and saved me $90 not everybody would do that. So professional and so appreciated.”

“Overall, I really like this PetSmart. The employees are always friendly and helpful, especially when you’re trying to find something, and there’s rarely a long line when I go. The store also seems pretty clean and well kept. My only complaint is the price matching with the PetSmart app. They have signs reminding you to check the app for price matches and discounts, but I wish they would remind you at checkout too. I can’t even count how many times I’ve realized after paying that I missed a discount and had to get a refund and have everything scanned again. Definitely check the app BEFORE you pay! They also seem to have dog and cat adoptions almost every weekend, which is both adorable and dangerous for me because I have to convince myself that I do NOT need another dog or cat every time I walk in. Other than that, I’ve always had a good experience here. The app discounts and coupons have definitely made my wallet happier while still letting me spoil my puppy with new toys!”

“(DOG TRAINING CLASSES) Melanie is by far the BEST dog trainer I have ever worked with. Melanie was/is accommodating to our every need. She worked with my schedule and helped us see get the best results possible. Whether it’s a beginner class or a higher level, Melanie is there to encourage my pups and myself to do better each week. She is the the only trainer (I’ve worked with many) that was not only very dog focus but human focused too. We are so fortunate to have her as a teacher! She cares so much, which makes all the difference in our success. I highly recommend signing up with her, there is a satisfaction guarantee and she has far exceeded my expectation. If you have had a great experience with Melanie don’t forget to write her a glowing review, she deserves it!”
