We schedule a grooming appointment over two and a half months in advance just for it to be cancelled the day of. We were told they would contact us to reschedule and that never happened either so we ended up having to reschedule with PetSmart. I would love to earn my points and use Petco for grooming but this was very inconvenient and the rep we spoke to was not very apologetic.

I received the worst service I’ve ever had. I had scheduled a pet grooming for my cat a month ago. When I arrived on time they said that my cat was listed as a dog in their system. They had sent me multiple emails about time and not to be late. All the emails said he was a 19 pound long hair cat. I took time out of my day and rushed all morning to make this appointment. Do not shop here they are not into customer satisfaction.

We drove ever bit of 30 miles to go to this Petco to get my dogs hair cut and the groomer did not tell me to bring any shot recorders or receipts of the shots to bring in. We get there on time and she did nothing but give us a hard time and denied my dog his hair cut that we had scheduled a month ago. My husband tried to talk to the manager and he was given a hard time by the manager as well. I do not recommend this location. Choose another Petco instead of the Diamond location

No frills, one stop shopping warehouse, where house pets are concerned. My son wanted a golden snail for his fish tank, which the very helpful staff (in the surprisingly well stocked aquarium section of the store) provided.

They will not take back a reptile even know I got it from there and they said they will take it back I do not recommend getting a reptile from petco get one from pet zoo or pet smart

This was the first time I had taken Max to the groomer. I rescued Max about 1 month ago. He is 125lb white German Shepherd. He has a very good temperament, however he was anxious when we walked in. The Lady that took care of Max was very professional and kind. I could tell she was very passionate about animals and took exceptional care of Max. Max looks great. Thanks for taking care of Max

Didn't need any help at all, just a little annoyed that the food I needed was out of stock (not y'all's fault- I understand that you are at the mercy of shipments!). But the individual who rang me out, Lynn if I recall correctly, was absolutely wonderful and an honest-to-goodness sweetheart. I am SO sorry if I'm misremembering their name ?

Very helpful staff. Purchased a good amount of canned catfood and someone helped me with it to the register. Once there, the cashier took it to my car for me. Thanks so much.

I am visiting Anchorage and visited the store with my family. I was shocked at how dirty and dark the cat habitat was. I shop the Petco inTallahassee Florida on Thomasville Rd. Their habitat is spotless and well lit. If the rescue who has the habitat is responsible for cleaning and taking care of the cats they need to do a better job.

Emily aka Bubbles was the most helpful at resolving the issue with losing my rewards $$ when Petco returned my online order for in store pickup because item wasn’t in stock. They were very kind, friendly and knew how to get the issue fixed with customer service. May have been at the store for longer than I would have liked but issue got resolved instead of losing my rewards $$ like I have sacrificed in the past for similar problem (wish Petco would fix their system and return rewards if there was a problem on their end with fulfilling order)

Had great new dog suggestions even though having had 5 dogs I knew them all. He cracked jokes And loved on us And our new dog. Wow, what great customer service. Turned me away for a grooming because I was 15 minutes late due to my daughter having an emergency dr. Appointment. I called and tried to drop the dog off 30 minutes early but they wouldn’t allow that either. Will never go back
