I went to the car wash yesterday and after exiting the car was I got a brand new crack along my windshield . I brought it up to one of the employees and he confirmed it wasn’t there before entering the car wash. Brand new car no typical Alaska cracks yet. I asked if they were going to replace the windshield he said yes but the manager was not available. I went there the next day i was informed they were not going to pay to replace the windshield due to they believe the damage was cause by “thermals”.they don’t believe this damage was caused by their wash despite going into the car was with no damage and leaving with a new large crack. So be aware this type of damage can happen using this car wash.

Brand new car 3 months old no typical Alaska cracks yet. I asked if they were going to replace the windshield he said yes but the manager was not available. I went the next day and was informed they were not going to be pay to replace the windshield because it was due to "thermals". And they didn't believe it happened with their car wash even though their employee said they would replace it. So be aware this type of damage may happen.

Pink elephant was closed for a week due to renovations. We did not get reimbursed for those days that they were closed. They take my payment out of the bank on the 10th or the 11th. I came in on the ninth. He says he's going to give me one free car wash, but I have to pay next time and I have to set up another payment plan. I've been doing business with these people for over 17 years. He's going to give me one free car wash and they were closed for a week? That is absurd!

Employees prep the car before the car wash and they dry it afterwards!!Amazing, my car was sparkling clean ,love it try it you won't regret it !!

This place was amazing! So much better than going to the other washes in Anchorage where there’s nothing to actually touch your car. There was a whole team of people working on the car and spraying it down manually before going into the wash. I also noticed in the detailing center that an employee was cleaning the sunglasses of what looked to belong to the car’s owner. Will definitely come back exclusively here!

Busy place! Checked out other reviews and this place was considered way way better than most so I had to check it out. Nothing appeared overly special about the washing process but the air blow and hand towel drying combined with apparently high quality soap made my truck shine like new. Impressive considering the price is the same as most other automatic wear washes.

Excellent place! I have done a car wash and just got my car detailed. I couldn't be happier with the folks that work there! Super nice people, got me in quick (left an energy drink in the car and it exploded) and the crv needed a detail anyways. My Honda crv looks brand new like I just got a vehicle from the dealership. Very reasonably priced and well cared for. I highly recommend!

I don’t go here often as I wait a long to get my car washed or do it myself at home in the summer. I like Pink Elephant however because it is an actual car wash and not this laser wash type stuff that is everywhere. When your car is actually dirty a laser wash won’t cut jt! THIS place has the actual brushes that go all over your car after they do a quick brush prior to entrance. I can appreciate the hand dry at the end as well. $12 dollars for basic wash is not terrible at all for all you get. Full wash with full service indeed! Car comes out brand new each time! Accept no substitutes for actual car wash in Anchorage.

I am a senior and always get treated well here! My car is actually clean after a basic wash. This is a real car wash, not a laser wash, that strips paint off cars. My only complaint is the political stickers on the walls. Take those down!

This place gets my car the cleanest out of all the other car washes on the south side of town. Real live people are there to help clean as well, reminds me of the old days!

My car was CLEAN after I went through. Even back hatch and the running boards. The guys hand dried it a little, they can't do much drying in 10 to 15 seconds.?Thank you, I will go back.?
